ACTIVE AGEING ADVOCATES 2022 H.E.A.L Volunteer recruitment 🏥
<We are looking for YOU to join us as VOLUNTEERS! >
Our H.E.A.L (which stands for Healthy eating, Exercise And Lifestyle) guidance program aims to help our elderly to acquire Active Ageing Habits that they would then be able to independently pursue. We hope to do this by having you, our volunteers, guiding each elderly through different modalities over a 3-month period. Volunteers will be facilitating discussions for their assigned group as well as explaining/translating for the elderly.
✅ WHEN: Jan - Mar
Over this 3 month period we will have:
1) 6 Interactive sessions with the elderly
• Once every 2 weeks
• 7 Jan - 18 Mar (On Saturdays)
• Sat 10 am - 12 pm
