tldr;
1. They have sectional + overall cutoffs this year
2. If you're eligible for type 2 (waitlist pool) you need to pay Rs. 12,500 to be put on the waitlist. It'll most likely be 100% refundable if you don't get the admission
3. They've called a lot of people in the waitlist so it's less likely that they'll consider anymore people. The entire waitlist is also less likely to be exhausted, unlike IIM Jammu.

PS: A lot of people getting calls from Jammu and Bodhgaya will coincide hence the movement in both the lists is inevitable.
