FUCK YOUTUBE. This isn't the way to prevent spam links. CCs need the ability to properly credit people who contributed to their videos, sometimes that involves using links outside of youtube.
Plus, as a CC who is on multiple platforms, it's important that people can find me on whatever platform they may use.
A simple amendment to this that would let it be viable for CCs would involve allowing channels that have posted a certain amount of videos/existed for a certain amount of time to insert links into the descriptions of their own videos.
