River's Pirated Potato Soup:

one yellow onion, chopped or food processed to your preferred consistency

one whole head of garlic, same

one pack (5 links) spicy Italian sausage (raw preferred, will need to be crumbled while cooking)

8 ounces (half a container) of heavy cream

six cups of chicken broth

2 cups water

6 small potatoes, sliced into disks

chopped kale, with stems and ribs removed

2-4 tablespoons chicken bullion

red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper for taste

skin sausage, toss into large pot, cook and crumble, put in bowl on side

cook onions until the horrific onion gas smell goes away, add in garlic, cook until you feel it's ready

add broth, and three cups of water, and chicken bullion, bring to boil

add sliced potatoes, cook potatoes for 25ish minutes

add in sausage crumbles

add in heavy cream, and kale towards the end, or kale before cream if you want it more cooked and tender
