Department for Education (DfE) data show the child, aged either three or four, was suspended from a state school in the 2022-23 academic year for โabuse against sexual orientation and gender identityโ.
Lord Young, the director of the Free Speech Union, said: โIt beggars belief that schools are suspending children as young as five for breaching their โtransphobiaโ policy. I would have thought that if your ideology is so rigid it justifies you punishing toddlers for not complying with it, thatโs a powerful argument for discarding it in favour of something less dogmatic.โ
A DfE spokesman said: โAll pupils and staff should feel safe and protected at school and should never face violence or abuse.
โThe Education Secretary has been clear that she expects school leaders to enforce good behaviour and we are committed to a comprehensive programme of behaviour support for schools.
โOur Plan for Change sets out our relentless focus on making sure every child gets the best life chances, no matter their background, including establishing free breakfast clubs in every primary school, providing access to mental health support and making attendance one of the four core priorities of our school improvement teams.โ

Frens - I have some unfortunate news.
As many of you who watch my shows have seen - My internet has been a serious issue recently.
It has caused me to cancel shows, and have shows drop out in the middle of an episode, and quite frankly - that is unprofessional and not something I can continue to do.
You guys and gals donโt follow me or watch my shows only to have to worry if the broadcast will drop out.
First things first: I humbly apologize for these issues. They are beyond my control and have nothing to do with any of the equipment in my home. It is an external issue that Spectrum has yet been unable to diagnose or correct.
As a result: I am going to have to cancel Q For Dummies tonight, and will have to play the rest of my shows this week by ear.
The good news is: My Starlink unit has already arrived, however - The earliest installation date I could get was April 9th.
Again - I apologize, my frens. I promise I am more frustrated than I am showing.
And yes - I know Starlink is easy to setup, buuuuut our home is surrounded by trees and itโs gonna have to go on the roof. That is most definitely above my paygrade and Iโd rather not take a full gainer off my roof trying to connect Starlink ๐คฃ.

First, given todayโs date, I have to give a disclaimer: this is not an April Foolโs joke.
As of today, I am no longer with Badlands Media.
Iโd like to take a moment to thank Jon Herold and Badlands Media for the opportunities and platform provided. My love and support for Badlands will continue. Top notch folks, top notch analysis and top notch news delivery. I literally have nothing bad to say about Badlands, or my time there. The time spent there was a highlight of my life.
I also want to thank all of you lovely Badlanders for your love and support. I will still be around - but I will circle back around to that in a minute.
This is not a situation where there is bad blood, or a difference of opinions. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Sometimes in order to fulfill your path, you have to step out on your own and take a leap of faith. I did not arrive at this decision lightly, and after a lot of prayer, I felt this was the best path forward.
I will be leaning way more into the Q Operation and my faith as I move forward. I feel those are the two most important messages I can deliver in this world right now.
Joe and myself will be launching a brand new Q show on my Rumble channel with the first episode airing tonight at 10:30pm.
I will always have a place in my heart for my time at Badlands Media and I could not be prouder of what was accomplished while there. I wish Badlands the very VERY best and the highest level of success attainable.

BREAKING: President Trump's social media company on Monday filed paperwork with the Securities and Exchange commission that could allow the president's trust to sell more than $2 billion of shares.
Trump Media and Technology Group filed a registration with the SEC that would open the door for the president's trust to sell up to nearly 115 million shares, which are worth more than $2.3 billion.
The filing does not guarantee the sale of the shares nor provide any information about a future sale. Since Trump took office, he transferred his stake of the company into the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, which is controlled by his son, Donald Trump Jr.
A sell-off from Trump, the company's largest individual shareholder, could panic investors and damage the company's stock price.

BREAKING๐จ: A federal judge in New York on Wednesday dismissed corruption charges against Mayor Eric Adams, but not in the way the Trump administration wanted.
Judge Dale Ho dismissed the case with prejudice, meaning it cannot be revived.
The Justice Department sought to have the case dismissed to free Adams to cooperate with the mayor's immigration agenda. The department wanted the case dismissed without prejudice, meaning it could be brought again.
Judge Ho declined to endorse DOJ's desired outcome
"In light of DOJ's rationales, dismissing the case without prejudice would create the unavoidable perception that the Mayor's freedom depends on his ability to carry out the immigration enforcement priorities of the administration, and that he might be more beholden to the demands of the federal government than to the wishes of his own constituents. That appearance is inevitable, and it counsels in favor of dismissal with prejudice," Ho decided.

A California man will plead guilty to attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh by showing up outside his home in 2022 with weapons, his lawyers said Wednesday.
Lawyers for Nicholas Roske announced his intent in a letter to the judge overseeing the case. Roske was set to face trial in June, and the charge carries up to life in prison.
By pleading guilty, Roske will admit that he flew from California to Washington Dulles International Airport on June 7, 2022, before taking a taxi to the conservative justiceโs Maryland home. After arriving, Roske quickly abandoned his plans, with transcripts showing he spoke with 911 and his sister before officers met Roske on scene.
