Durham has filed Motions In Limine in the Danchenko case and asked the court to seal them for now.

The court has granted Durham's request.

Motions In Limine are pretrial motions asking that certain evidence be found inadmissible, and that it not be referred to or offered at trial.

All Motions In Limine are due by Oct 3rd.
