Durham isn’t granting anyone immunity. The pleadings were filed by Podesta, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS and the Clinton Campaign to try and make Sussman the scapegoat.
This is their last ditch effort to block the information. They’re trying to hide behind attorney/client privilege. It won’t work because Durham has the emails.

Sussmann’s legal team is attempting to argue that Durham shouldn’t be allowed to present evidence during Sussmann’s trial that “particular client’s” made assertions of attorney client privilege over certain documents.

The obvious inference is that Durham wants to show the jury that several people involved in creating the Alfa Bank hoax and running the private spying network for Hillary Clinton tried to hide documents detailing their criminal activities from a federal grand jury by making false claims that the documents were shielded from the subpoenas by attorney client privilege.

This right here explains why Hillary For America, the DNC, Perkins Coie and Fusion GPS all rushed to court to file their Motions To Intervene in Sussmann’s case on the 20th.

Because the Clinton Campaign and the DNC got federal subpoenas from the Durham Special Counsel’s Office on the 19th COMPELLING THEM TO APPEAR TO TESTIFY AT SUSSMANN’S TRIAL about assertions of attorney client privilege that were made in attempts to hide documents from the grand jury.

They’re still trying to hide documents from Durham even as they’re demanding Judge Cooper not allow Durham to show the jury evidence of how they tried to hide previous documents from him by making bogus claims of attorney client privilege.

I continue to be amazed at the incredibly defeated positions Durham is forcing these opposing legal teams into with his filings.

They were already demanding Judge Cooper not grant the Motion To Compel via the In Camera review of documents that Hillary For America, Fusion GPS, the DNC, and Perkins Coie have been withholding in the face of federal grand jury subpoenas by invoking attorney client privilege

Now they’re going on to also demand the judge preclude Durham from introducing any evidence of previous assertions of attorney client privilege that were found to be bogus, or compelling witness testimony about it at Sussmann’s trial.

These are incredibly weak arguments.
