AI hasn’t replaced creative developers, it’s just exposed who’s actually strategic.

Tools can execute and scale, but they don’t understand why a decision matters or how it impacts real business results. People do.

The ones who win next aren’t just building, they’re deciding.

Project ideas are weird bro 😭

There are days I sit down like:
“Alright brain, let’s cook. Give me startup level, million-dollar, life-changing idea.”

Brain:
no signal
404 creativity not found
starts thinking about food instead

Then randomly…
I’m brushing my teeth, cycling, about to sleep, or doing absolutely nothing and BOOM 💡

“YO WHAT IF I BUILD THIS?? THIS IS GENIUS.”

And suddenly I’m opening VS Code at 2AM like my life depends on it.

Moral of the story:
You don’t find project ideas.
Project ideas find you…
usually at the most inconvenient time possible 😭

Since I moved to Addis, I’ve been learning a lot. Leadership, how CTOs work, and how real big client projects are done.

I met amazing people working directly on-site with clients. They collect requirements from every department, face to face, align everything, and then build. Even as developers, they deeply understand the business and the people.

I’m also getting familiar with some amazing tools along the way.

Being part of this is huge for me. It’s a big project with high potential, and I’m still in the middle of it.

No hype here, this is just the least I can explain. It’s way bigger in real life.
