Having mild headaches everyday now and I am beginning to wonder which bad lifestyle choice is causing it because I do all of them

Okay apparently it's none of that, I was at my uncles and it kinda diminished there
And i had almost none in the morning, but that I am back, I am having headaches again
They are really loud near our home
I just wore my silicone ear plugs for a moment and i realised my tinnitus was really worse, from which i deduce it has to do with cicadas.

Sadly, ear plugs didn't help much so I am doing white noise now and I already feel better
