PixelFed官方客户端的Android版本尚未发布，但有一个名为PixelDroid的第三方PixelFed应用程序供Android用户使用。
顺便一提，官方客户端默认禁用公共和网络时间线。可以通过Settings -> App Settings 来轻松启用。

试用过后发现一点需要注意：上传照片的默认形状是正方形，有需要的话可以手动调成Original（可能为了彻底模仿Instagram）

Fediverse.space 汇总了一部分 Fediverse 实例的统计信息，并将这些信息可视化为比较直观的 Fediverse 实例关系图。每个实例结点按活跃度去着色，活跃度越高颜色越深，视觉效果上真的非常的“Universe”。
点击就可以看到具体每个实例的关系网图，但是可能每个实例安全隐私设置不同，并不是每个实例的信息都能抓取到。

小贴士：Pixelfed 可以用 Mastodon 官方应用登陆
虽然 Pixelfed 已经兼容 mastoAPI 理论上应该支持所有 fedi 应用，但是有一个 bug 一直未修复，就是不能显示远程实例的图片。
这个bug在每个客户端上表现不同，Mastodon 官方应用上表现为之显示文字，点进去也没有图片；Toot！上体现为，无法显示缩略图，但是点击图片能够查看；其它客户端都在这两种情况之内，具体原因需要看 API 以及每个客户端的实现了，有精力的朋友可以去提 issues
