We need to talk about the dark side. Eventually, you will lose. You will get rug-pulled, or you will sell too early, or you will just be wrong. And you will feel that burning desire in your chest to "win it back."
This is called Revenge Trading. And it is the fastest way to turn a 10% loss into a 100% loss.
The Psychology of the Spiral:
1. The Loss: You lose 1 SOL on a bad trade.
2. The Anger: You feel stupid. You want to prove you are smart.
3. The Rush: You enter a new trade immediately, with bigger size, on a worse setup.
4. The Kill: That trade fails. Now you are down 3 SOL. You panic.
The "Cool Down" Protocol (Mandatory): If you lose 2 trades in a row OR lose 10% of your account in a day:
STOP. Close the laptop. Turn off the phone. Go outside.
Why? Your brain is in "Fight or Flight" mode. Your IQ has literally dropped 20 points. You are chemically incapable of making a good decision right now. The market will be there tomorrow. Your money won't be if you stay.
How to Recover (The Ladder): When you come back (after 24 hours):
