Day 16/30
Volume Profile (The Truth Serum)
You can fake a price pump. You can't fake (real) volume.
Price tells you WHERE the market is. Volume tells you WHY the market is there.
The Golden Rule
Volume Precedes Price. If a coin pumps +20% but the volume bars are tiny... it is a trap. It means there are no buyers, just a few people manipulating the order book. Gravity will bring it down.
If a coin is flat (not moving) but the volume is rising... something is about to happen.
1. The Breakout Validation
β’ Scenario: Price breaks a resistance level (e.g., $1.00).
β’ The Test: Look at the volume bar at that exact moment.
o High Volume: REAL Breakout. The market agrees. BUY.
o Low Volume: FAKE-OUT. The market doesn't care. WAIT.
2. Spotting "Wash Trading" (The Scam)
β’ The Scam: The Dev uses a bot to buy and sell to himself 1,000 times a minute to make the coin "Trend" on DexScreener.
β’ The Tell:
o Look at the "Txns" (Transactions) count.
o If Volume is $10M but there are only 50 makers/buyers... it's fake.
o Real volume looks like "organic chaos" (lots of small buys, some sells). Fake volume looks like a perfect barcode.
3. The "Volume Shelf" (Support)
β’ Volume acts as concrete. If a lot of trading happened at a specific price level (e.g., $0.05), that level becomes solid ground.
β’ If price drops back to $0.05, it will likely bounce because so much money changed hands there.
Actionable Task
Go to DexScreener. Find a coin that pumped hard today. Look at the Volume bars during the pump.
β’ Did the bars get taller as the price went up? (Healthy).
β’ Did the bars get smaller while price went up? (Exhaustion / Reversal coming).

Day 17/30
Support & Resistance Flips (The Only Setup You Need)
Stop chasing green candles. Stop trying to catch a falling knife. There is one setup that has a 70%+ win rate if you are patient. It is called the S/R Flip (Resistance becoming Support
The Psychology
1. Resistance: A price ceiling (e.g., $1.00). Sellers are camped here. Price hits it and drops.
2. The Break: Buyers finally overpower the sellers. Price smashes through to $1.20.
3. The Retest: Traders who missed the breakout wait. Price cools off and drops back to $1.00.
4. The Flip: The Old Ceiling becomes the New Floor. The people who sold at $1.00 realize they were wrong and start buying back.
This is your entry.
The Strategy:
1. Find a coin hitting a "Roof" (Resistance).
2. DO NOT BUY THE BREAKOUT. (Too risky, might be a fake-out).
3. WAIT for the price to come back down to the Roof.
4. Buy the Bounce.
Why this works
β’ Risk is defined. If you buy at $1.00 (the retest), and it falls back to $0.90, you know the setup failed. You exit. Small loss.
β’ Reward is high. You are entering exactly where the "Smart Money" is defending the price.
The Mantra: "Resistance broken becomes Support." "Support broken becomes Resistance."
Actionable Task
Open the 1H chart of a top meme (e.g., PEPE or WIF). Draw a horizontal line at the last All-Time High. Look at what happened when price broke it, went up, and then came back down to touch the line. Did it bounce? That was the S/R Flip.
