The Unit Bias Trap (Price vs. Market Cap)

"If this coin just hits $0.01, I'll be a millionaire!"
I hear this every single day. And every time I hear it, I know that trader is about to lose money.
You are looking at a coin priced at $0.0000001 and thinking it’s "cheap." You look at a coin priced at $10.00 and think it’s "expensive."
This is called Unit Bias. It is a psychological trap.
Here is the cold, hard truth: Price is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is Market Cap (MC).
The Formula: Price x Circulating Supply = Market Cap
Think of it like a pizza
🍕 Coin A: One pizza cut into 4 huge slices. (Price: High, Supply: Low)
🍕 Coin B: One pizza cut into 1,000 tiny crumbs. (Price: Low, Supply: High)
It is the same size pizza. You aren't getting "more" value with Coin B; you are just holding more crumbs.
The Reality Check
If a memecoin has a price of $0.00001 but the Market Cap is already $500 Million (like PEPE or SHIB), for you to do a 10x, that coin needs to reach $5 Billion. That takes billions of dollars of fresh capital.
If a coin is $1.00 but the Market Cap is only $500k, for you to do a 10x, it only needs to go to $5 Million. That can happen in 10 minutes.
Stop buying zeros. Buy value. A coin with 8 zeros is often "heavier" and harder to move than a coin with no zeros, simply because the Market Cap is already bloated.

Next time you look at a chart (DexScreener):
1. Ignore the Price column.
2. Look immediately at the MC (Market Cap) or FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation).
3. Ask yourself: "Is it easier for this MC to double, or has it already pumped?"

Risk Management (The Mathematics of Ruin)

Most of you focus on how much you can win.
Professional traders focus on how much they can lose.
Here is why 90% of traders blow up their accounts: They do not understand the Math of Recovery.
Look at this:
If you lose 10% of your portfolio, you need an 11% gain to get back to even. (Easy).
If you lose 50% of your portfolio, you need a 100% gain to get back to even. (Hard).
If you lose 90% of your portfolio, you need a 900% gain just to break even. (Impossible).
One bad trade can dig a hole so deep that you will never crawl out of it.
The Golden Rule: Position Sizing
In Memecoins, volatility is extreme. A coin can drop 80% in a minute. Stop-losses often don't work because of liquidity issues.
Therefore, your Position Size IS your Stop Loss.
The Strategy:
Never risk more than 1-2% of your total capital on a single high-risk play.
• Scenario A (The Gambler): You put 25% of your portfolio into a meme. It gets rugged (goes to 0). You have lost 25% of your life savings in 5 minutes. You are emotionally destroyed.
• Scenario B (The Professional): You put 1% of your portfolio into a meme. It gets rugged. You have 99% of your money left. You are annoyed, but you are fine. You can take the next trade immediately with a clear head.
The "Sniper" Mindset:
If you bet 1% and it does a 50x, you just made a 50% gain on your entire portfolio while only risking 1%.
You don't need to bet big to win big in crypto. You just need to bet small, often, and survive long enough to hit the outlier.

Calculate your "Clip Size" today.
1. Take your total trading capital (e.g., $5,000).
2. Calculate 1% (e.g., $50).
3. That is your max bet per meme. Do not exceed it until your portfolio grows.
