የNGAT ፈተና መቼ ይሰጣል ?

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ፥ የድህረምረቃ ፕሮግራሞች የመግቢያ ፈተና (NGAT) ተጨማሪ የምዝገባ ጊዜ እና የፈተና ቀንን አሳውቋል።

በ2017 የትምህርት ዘመን የድህረምረቃ ፕሮግራሞች ለመማር ፍላጎት ያላቸው እና በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች የመግቢያ ፈተና (NGAT) ምዝገባ ያመለጣቸው አመልካቾች እስከ ነሐሴ 26/2016 ዓ.ም ድረሰ በ https://ngat.ethernet.edu.et በኩል መመዝገብ ይችላሉ ብሏል።

ለፈተናው የተመዘገቡ በየተመደቡበት የፈተና ማዕከላት እና የመፈተኛ ፕሮግራም መሰረት ከነሐሴ 30 እስከ ጳጉሜን 1 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ድረስ ፈተናው እንደሚሰጣቸው ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ገልጿል።

ተፈታኞች በፈተና ወቅት የተሰጣቸውን User Name and Password፣ እና ማንነታቸውን የሚገልጽ መታዋቂያ ይዘው መቅረብ እንዳለባቸው ማሳሰቢያ ተላልፏል።

አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ከ2017 ዓ.ም የአዲስ የተማሪዎች ቅበላ አሰራርን በተመለከተ ዛሬ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫ ሰጥቷል።

ዩኒቨርስቲው የላቀ ውጤት ያስመዘገቡ እና ልዩ ብቃት ያላቸው ተማሪዎችን አወዳድሮ እንደሚቀበል በዚሁ መግለጫ አስታውቋል።

የዩኒቨርስቲው ተጠባባቂ ፕረዚዳንት ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል ክፍሌ ፥ ራስ-ገዝ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሆኖ የተቋቋመው ዩኒቨርሲቲው ተቋማዊ ነጻነት፤ አስተዳዳሪዊ ነጻነት፤ የፋይናንስ ነጻነት እና አካዳሚክ ነጻነት ማግኘቱን ገልጸዋል።

" ይህም መምህራኑን ሆነ ተማሪዎችን የመምረጥ መብት ይሰጠዋል " ሲሉ ገልጸዋል።

አዲስ ይተገበራል በተባለው የቅበላ አሰራር በ2014፤ 2015 እና 2016 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን የ12ኛ ክፍል ብሔራዊ የመልቀቂያ ፈተና ወስደው የማለፊያ ነጥብ ያገኙ ተማሪዎች የሚወጣውን መስፈርት ታሳቢ አድርገው በዩኒቨርሲቲው ፖርታል https://portal.aau.edu.et መመዝገብ የሚችሉ መሆኑን ዩኒቨርስቲው አስታውቋል።

መስፈርቶቹ ምንድን ናቸው ?

ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል ፥ አንዱ መስፈርት የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተናን 50 በመቶ በላይ ማምጣት እንደሆነ ገልጸዋል።

ይህ ግን የተመዝጋቢዎችን ቁጥር ባገናዘበ መልኩ 60 ወይም 70 በመቶ ድረስ ከፍ ሊል እንደሚችል ጠቁመዋል።

በመቀጠልም ዩኒቨርስቲው በራሱ የሚያዘጋጀው የመግቢያ ፈተና (Undergraduate Admission Test) የሚኖረው ሲሆን ይህንን ፈተና ማለፍም ሌላው ዩኒቨርሲቲው ያስቀመጠው መስፈርት ነው ብለዋል።

ፈተናው ምን መልክ ይኖረዋል ?

በዩኒቨርስቲው መማር ለሚፈልጉ ተማሪዎች የሚቀርበው የፈተና ይዘት ምን መልክ አለው በሚል ለቀረበላቸው ጥያቄ ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል ፈተናው የአፕቲቲውድ (Apptitude) መልክ የሚኖረው እንደሆነ ጠቅሰው የተማሪዎችን የቋንቋ፤ የማመዛዘን እንዲሁም የቀመር አቅማቸውን የሚለካ እንደሚሆን ጠቁመዋል።

ፈተናው ከሌሎች የመግቢያ ፈተና ጋር ተመሳሳይነት ሊኖረው እንደሚችል ያነሱት ፕሬዝዳንቱ ሆኖም የሚወጣው ፈተና ሙሉ በሙሉ የዩኒቨርስቲው እንደሚሆን አስረድተዋል።

የክፍያ እና የስኮላር ሺፕ ሁኔታ በተመለከተ ምን ተባለ ?

በዩኒቨርስቲው ለመማር ጥያቄ የሚያቀርቡ ተማሪዎች በሁለት አይነት መንገድ እንደሚስተናገዱ ፕሬዚዳንቱ ገልጸዋል።

አንደኛው መስፈርቱን አሟልተው እና ሙሉ ክፍያ ከፍለው የሚማሩ ተማሪዎች ሲሆኑ ሌላው መንግስት ስፖንሰር ሺፕ እንዲሰጣቸው የሚጠይቁ ተማሪዎች ናቸው።

ይህን በተመለከተ የተቀመጠ ኮታ እንደሌለ የገለጹት ዶ/ር ሳሙኤል እንደ እቅዳቸው ግን 50 በመቶ በመንግስት 50 በመቶ በግል ወጪያቸው የሚሸፈንላቸውን ተማሪዎች ለመቀበል እንደሆነ ገልጸው ካልሆነም ቁጥሩ በተወሰነ መልኩ ልዩነት ሊኖረው እንደሚችልም ጠቁመዋል።

መንግስት ከፍተኛ ብቃት ያላቸውና ተወዳዳሪ የሆኑ ተማሪዎችን ለሀገር በሚፈለጉ የስልጠና መስኮች ወጪን ጭምር በመሽፈን የሚያስተናግድበት ሥርዓት እንደሚኖር እና ለሴቶች ለአካል ጉዳተኞች እና ከታዳጊ ክልል ለሚመጡ ተማሪዎች ልዩ ትኩረት እንደሚሰጥም ተመላክቷል።

ተማሪዎች በሚያመለክቱበት ወቅት ብዙ ቅጾችን እንደሚሞሉ ፤ ስኮላርሺፕ የሚጠይቁ ተማሪዎች ከፍለው መማር እንደማይችሉ የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ከሚመለከተው አካል ማሟላት እንደሚጠበቅባቸው እና የሚያስገቡት መረጃ ትክክለኛነቱ እንደሚጣራና ሐሰተኛ ሆኖ ከተገኘ የህግ ተጠያቂነት እንደሚያስከትል ጭምር አንስተዋል።

2. Exam Credentials vs. Portal Login: The username and password for your exam credentials are separate from your portal login credentials. These exam credentials are only to be used on the exam platform during the exam.


3. Exam Schedule: Exams will start tomorrow afternoon, and the specific time will be managed by the exam centers.


4. Eligibility for Credentials: You will only be able to access your exam username and password if you registered before the final deadline and paid the service fee.

AAU 2017 Final Academic Calendar @aaututorial

For Year II and above students, please note that registration can only be completed through the university’s network, accessible only on campus. After completing your online registration, make sure to get confirmation from your respective college registrars. Once again, registration outside the university premises is halted, so please make sure to physically avail yourselves to register On September 17 -18, 2024.

NB: Year I Semester II students shall come to AAU on September 13 and have a recap session up until September 20, which will be followed by your final exam period from September 13 -23, 2024.

To all Applicants to the various Graduate programs of AAU

Please note that Graduate Admission Test (GAT) of the AAU will be administered on September 13, 2024.  Application for the test is open from September 5 – 11, 2024.

GAT ለመፈተን በ AAU የተመዘገባችሁ ሁሉ ፈተናው የሚሰጠው sept 13 2024 ( መስከረም 3 ,2017 ) ሲሆን ለፈተና የማመልከቻ ጊዜ ከዛሬ ጀምሮ እስከ sept 13 (መስከረም 1) ድረስ ክፍት መሆኑን እንገልፃለን።

Important things to remember:
The NGAT (National Graduate Admission Test) is a nationwide exam used to assess candidates across the country. After passing the NGAT, students may need to take the GAT exam, depending on the specific university and the department they are interested in joining. AAU is currently opening registrations for the GAT, a university-level exam used by the institution to evaluate candidates before they join their specialized departments.

Information on the AAU Graduate Admission Test (GAT)
1) Applicants are required to take the AAU’s Graduate Admission Test (GAT) and meet the minimum passing requirements.
2) Information about the GAT can be obtained from the Institute for Educational Research's Telegram channel.
3) The application and test dates for the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) are September 05 to September 11, 2024. Priority will be given to those who register for the GAT as early as possible.
4) To register for the GAT, please follow the steps below:
a. Visit https://Portal.aau.edu.et [Open]
b. Click on the exam application
c. Fill out the Test Taker Registration form
d. Upload a passport-size photo of the test taker
e. Click submit
f. Copy the generated number
g. The GAT testing fee of 1000 birr should be paid using Tele Birr. Foreign applicants are required to pay the equivalent of USD 50 in Ethiopian Birr.
h. Once payment is made, please download and print your Admission Ticket, which is necessary for admission to the exam hall.
5) The test will be conducted electronically, and general information about the exam can be found on the aforementioned Telegram channel.
6) Applicants should check the Telegram channel daily from the date of application for updates on the test venue, date, and time.
7) If a test taker fails to appear on the scheduled test date due to various reasons, they may be required to pay to sit for the subsequent test schedule.
8) Applicants who have obtained GAT results from the previous year must retake the test. Previous GAT results cannot be used for the current application.
