“ባለ ህልም…(Visionary)” በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ትምህርታቸውን ለሚከታተሉ የቅድመ ምረቃ ተማሪዎች ከ 2012 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ በወር አንድ ጊዜ እየተደረገ ያለና የዪኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎች (ወጣቶች) ላይ የአመለካከት ለውጥ ሊያመጡ የሚችሉ አነቃቂና መሰረታዊ ስልጠናዎች የሚቀርቡበት ልዩ ፕሮግራም ነው፡፡
የዝግጅቱ ዋና ዓላማም በከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋሞቻችን ውስጥ ትምህርታቸውን እየተከታተሉ ያሉ ወጣት ተማሪዎች ባለ ህልም፣ ህልማቸውንም ለማሳካት ዘወትር በመልካም መንገድ የሚጥሩ፣ ከማማረር ህይወትም ወጥተው ለራሳቸውም ሆነ ለሌሎች ማህበረሰባዊ ችግሮች መፍትሄ አፍላቂ፣ ባለብሩህ ተስፋና የነገዋን ኢትዮጵያ በሀላፊነት የሚረከቡ መልካም ዜጎች እንዲሆኑ ማድረግ ነው፡፡
