የከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋሙ ወደ ራስ ገዝነት የሚያደርገውን ሽግግር "ሁለት ዓመት ባልሞላ" ጊዜ ውስጥ ለማጠናቀቅ ማቀዱን አስታውቀዋል።
