በተያዘው ዓመትም ከ12 ሚሊዮን በላይ የሚሆኑ ሰዎችን ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ሥርዓት ውስጥ ለማካተት የታቀደ ሲሆን በአዲስ አበባ የሚገኙ ዜጎች https://id.et ላይ በመመዝገብ ቀጠሮ ማስያዝና መረጃቸውን መስጠት ይችላሉ ተብሏል።
"ፋይዳ" የተሰኘው የዲጂታል መታወቂያ ፤ በቀጣይ በርካታ መሠረታዊ አገልግሎቶችን ለማግኘት ቁልፍ ሚና እንደሚጫወት የታመነበት ሲሆን በቅርብ ጊዜም ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መታወቂያውን በካርድ መልክ ታትሞ ዜጎች የሚይዙበትን መንገድ መመቻቸቱ ተገልጿል።
የ"ፋይዳ" ብሔራዊ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ካርድ ከሕትመት እና ሥርጭት ጋር በተያያዘም ከኢትዮጵያ ፖስታ (Ethiopost) ጋር በመተባበር የሚፈጸምበትን መንገድ መኖሩ ተጠቁሟል።
