Dear Test Takers,
We would like to provide an important update regarding the pending cases of test takers who applied for the GAT at AAU and made a payment of 600 ETB. We are pleased to inform you that the payment reconciliation process has been completed and your GAT exam is scheduled for Monday, October 16, 2023, at 01:00 p.m. (afternoon). Please make sure to arrive at the designated exam location on time and bring all the necessary documents and identification.

We are pleased to announce that the results of the National GAT (Graduate Admission Test) can be accessed at https://portal.aau.edu.et/Web/ApplyForAdmission/TestingStatus
Test takers can view their individual results through this link. Institutions are also able to access and verify the results using the provided URL.
 
We would like to encourage all candidates and institutions to stay updated with further announcements regarding the passing cut-off score for the National GAT.

The cut off points and GAT Certificate Validation Time will be announced by Ministry of Education.

This is to announce that the Testing Center of Addis Ababa University in collaboration with the Ministry of Education has scheduled to administer the National GAT in selected exam centres:
1) Registration for the National  GAT at the AAU portal is open on Monday - Friday (November 6-10, 2023);
2) Exam administration is on the following week Monday-Friday  (November 13-17, 2023).


Please note the following:
There is no refunding of any GAT related payments;
There is no relocation of test venues.

-both new applicants and those who were tested previously can apply for the National GAT.
- No restrictions on applicants: anyone interested can apply.
- The payment is the same as in the past for all types of applicants.

አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርስቲ ለ 2016 ዓ.ም. በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በማታ ትምህርት መርሃግብር በሬጅስትራር ቢሮ በኩል ከማመልከታችሁ በፊት በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የፈተና ማዕከል የሚሠጠውን የመግቢያ ፈተና መውሰድ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ፈተናውን ለመውሰድ የሚከተሉትን መስፈርቶች ማሟላት ያስፈልጋል፡፡

1. በዲፕሎማ የደረጃ አራትና ከዚያ በላይ የትምህርት ደረጃ ያላችሁ መሆኑን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ፣
2. ለመግቢያ ፈተና ክፍያ 1000 ( አንድ ሽህ) ብር በቴሌ ብር ክፍያ መፈጸም፤

ማሳሰቢያ
1. ለፈተና ለመመዝገብ የዩኒቨርስቲዉ ፖርታል (https:\\portal.aau.edu.et) መጠቀም የምትችሉ ሲሆን ጉርድ ፎቶአችሁ ያለበት የፈተና መግቢያ ትኬት በማተም መያዝ ይጠበቅባችኃል፡፡ የምዝገባ ቀናት፤ ከህዳር 3-7 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም መሆኑን እንገልፃለን፡፡
2. የዩኒቨርስቲዉ የመግቢያ ፈተና የሚሰጥበት ጊዜ በ11/03/2016 ዓ.ም እና 12/03/2016 ዓ.ም ሲሆን ወደፊት በዩኒቨርሲቲው ድረ-ገጽ በሚገለጸው ዝርዝር መርሀግብር መሠረት በመገኘት ፈተውን መውሰድ ይኖርባችኋል፡፡
3. ፈተናውን ያለፋችሁ ለምትፈልጉት የትምህርት ዘርፍ በሬጅስትራር ቢሮ በኩል በወጣው ማስታወቂያ መሠረት ማመልከት ይኖርባችኋል፡፡

የትምርት ሚኒስቴር ከአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እና ከኢትዮቴሌኮም ጋር በመተባበር ለሁለተኛ ዙር ህዳር 5 እና 6 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም የአገር አቀፍ የድህረ ምረቃ መግቢያ ፈተና በመንግስት ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት በበይነ መረብ ይሰጣል፡፡ ይህ የመግቢያ ፈተና በ 2016 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በማንኛውም የመንግስት እና የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት የድህረ-ምረቃ መርሐ-ግብሮች ትምህርታቸውን ለመከታተል ብቁ የሆኑ አመልካቾችን ለመለየት አልሞ የሚሰጥ ሲሆን አዲስና ፈተናውን ደግመው የሚወስዱ አመልካቾች እስከ ህዳር 3 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም እስከ ምሽቱ አስራ ሁለት ሰዓት ድረስ የአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ፖርታልን (https://portal.aau.edu.et) ተጠቅመውና በቴሌብር 1000.00 ብር ከፍለው መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፡፡

በዲፕሎማ የደረጃ አራት እና ከዚያ በላይ የትምህርት ደረጃ ላላችሁ የማታ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ትምህርት ፕሮግራም አመልካቾች ሆናችሁ በስህተት በ GAT የመፈተኛ ሲስተም ላይ ክፍያ የፈፀማችሁ አመልካቾች በአካል በአዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የፈተና ማዕከል (6 ኪሎ) በመምጣት እንድትመዘገቡ እያሳሰብን ያልከፈላችሁ አመልካቾች የUAT የመፈተኛ ሲስተም እስኪጀምር እንድትጠብቁ እያሳሰብን በቀጣይ ማስታወቂያ በዚህ ቻናል አስክንለቅ እንድትጠብቁንና እናስታውቃለን፡፡
