✦ Our crew remains on duty from 10.00 AM until 10.00 PM (WIB). Beyond those tides, responses become part of the After Current Request and will follow the additional arrangement agreed upon with your chosen crew member.
✦ Before releasing your coordinates, kindly ensure every section of the navigation form has been completed accurately. An incomplete chart often leads even the finest ships astray. To prevent misunderstandings between traveler and crew, unfinished forms will be returned for revision before the voyage begins.
✦ Every voyage must be settled before departure. Payments are accepted exclusively through QRIS, with an additional Rp500 administration fee applied to each transaction. Once the harbor confirms your passage, preparations shall begin immediately.
✦ When the journey reaches its shore, please leave an honest entry within the captain's log. Every sincere reflection becomes a lantern for future voyages, guiding our crew toward calmer waters and better horizons.
✦ Voyages that have already departed cannot simply be recalled by the tide.
