The News on the dignified release of one SAC government staff and one civilian from Rathedaung township taken into custody by the ULA/AA

Private teacher U Zaw Hein Twan, aged 38, from Rathedaung and another one is officer SAE U Hsan Lurn Awng, aged 45, from the Department of Industrial Supervision under the Rakhine State SAC, the two whom the ULA/AA has taken into custody on suspicion at Ku-Taung village, Rathedaung township on June 24, 2022, are now released in dignity on June 26, 2022.

Our Arakan Army forces have taken into custody U Hsan Lurn Awng on suspicion because the address in his ID card is mentioned as “artillery camp”, a younger brother of his father is an active military soldier from AaMaTa(373) situated in Sittwe and he personally also cannot speak Rakhine language well.

We have released them in Nga-La-Pra boat port, Mu-Zay Island, Rathedaung township at 3 PM, June 26 in good shape because, under our investigation, U Hsan Lurn Awng and U Zaw Hein Twan are not from the military sector.

၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၂၁) ရက်၊ ည (၇) နာရီ (၄၅) မိနစ်အချိန်တွင်ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်၊ ဘူးသီးတောင်မြို့နယ်၊ ဖိုးခေါင်ချောင်းအုပ်စု၊ ကန္ဒရွာ(မူဆလင်ရွာ)မှ ရွာသားနှစ်ဦးဖြစ်သော"မော်ဂျူဘီ" နှင့် "မာမောက်"တို့၏ စပါးကောက်လှိုင်းပုံများကို ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိဖြင့် လာရောက်မီးရှို့ခဲ့သည့် ဖြစ်စဉ်တစ်ခု ရှိခဲ့သည်။ အဆိုပါကိစ္စအား ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်သူ့အာဏာပိုင်အဖွဲ့မှ အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီစုံစမ်းခဲ့ပြီး တရားခံများအား ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

မိမိတို့သည် ဖြစ်စဉ်ဖြစ်ရပ်အမှန်ကို ယခင်ကပင် စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေး သိရှိထားပြီးဖြစ်သော်လည်း ထိုအချိန်က ချက်ချင်း မထုတ်ပြန်ဘဲ သိုသိုသိပ်သိပ်ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခဲ့သည်မှာ အဆိုပါလုပ်ရပ်များကို အကြောင်းပြ၊ ပုံကြီးချဲ့ပြီး လူမျိုးရေး၊ ဘာသာရေးဆိုင်ရာ မတည်ငြိမ်မှုများဆီ ဦးတည်သွားမည်ကို စိုးရိမ်မိသောကြောင့်လည်းကောင်း သေးငယ်သော ပြဿနာကို ကြီးမသွားစေလိုခြင်း တို့ကြောင့် လည်းကောင်း အဆိုပါဖြစ်စဉ်တွင် ပါဝင်ပတ်သက်သော တရားခံများထဲမှ အချို့အား ဖမ်းဆီးကာ ထိုက်သင့်သော ပြစ်ဒဏ်ကိုချမှတ်ခြင်းကိုသာ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။

၎င်းဖြစ်စဉ်ပါ တရားခံများထွက်ဆိုထားသော video (ရုပ်သံဖိုင်) ငါးခုပါ အကြောင်းအရာနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ မေးမြန်းစုံစမ်းမှုများမှာ ယခုရက်များအတွင်း ခပ်စိပ်စိပ်ရှိလာခဲ့သည်။ ထို့အပြင် တခြားမရိုးသားသော ဆန္ဒဖြင့် မိမိတို့အဖွဲ့အစည်းအပေါ် စွပ်စွဲမှုများရှိလာခြင်း၊ ဤဖြစ်ရပ်ကို အကြောင်းပြု၍ မကောင်းသည့် အကြံအစည်နှင့်အတူ လှုံ့ဆော်မှုများရှိလာခြင်း၊ ဖြစ်စဉ်ပါကျူးလွန်သူများ၏ အပြစ်ကို ဖုံးကွယ်လို၍ အခြားသောသူများအပေါ် အပြစ်ပုံချကာ ဖြစ်ရပ်မှန်ကို ပျောက်သွားအောင် ပြုလုပ်လာခြင်း စသည်တို့ကြောင့် အချိန်ကြာမြင့်သည်အထိ မထုတ်ပြန်ဘဲထားသော သက်သေအထောက်အထားများအား အခြေအနေ၏လိုအပ်ချက်အရ အဖြစ်မှန်ကို အများပြည်သူတို့သိရှိစေရန် ယခုအချိန်ကျမှ ထုတ်ပြန်လိုက်ရခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

ဤအမှုဖြစ်စဉ်အား သေချာဆန်းစစ်ကြည့်ပါက တချို့သောသူများသည် လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို အကာအကွယ်ယူပြီး နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအတွင်း ဝင်ရောက်ကာ ဒေသတွင်း လူမျိုးရေးပဋိပက္ခ၊ မတည်မငြိမ်မှုများကို အကွက်ချ ပြုလုပ်သည့် မရိုးသားသော အပြုအမူများနှင့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို အထင်အရှား တွေ့ ရှိရပေလိမ့်မည်။

Explanation about the recently released videos that include the confession on setting fire to the paddy rice straws from Kanda Muslim Village, Po Khaung Chaung Village Tract, Buthedaung Township

There was a case of setting fire on purpose to the paddy rice straws of Morjubi and Mamauk from Kanda Muslim Village, Po Khaung Chaung Village Tract, Buthedaung Township, State of Arakan at 7:45 PM, December 21, 2021. The Arakan People’s Authority had been able to find out the true culprits timely after investigating the case.

Despite knowing the real nature of the case after the investigation, our government did not disclose the evidence and kept it confidentially at that time because we were concerned that it could lead to the ethnic and religious tensions under the exaggeration and manipulation of some people and organizations and wanted a small issue not to be a bigger one. We, therefore, just arrested and imprisoned some perpetrators in line with the existing law.

The repetitive questionaries toward our organization about this case confessed by the culprits in the videos have been reported in these days. Besides, since there are partial and dishonest accusations against our organization and endeavors to mobilize the people for bad purposes and efforts to cover the crimes of real culprits by blaming others on this case, our organization has now decided to release timely these confidential pieces of evidence so that the public know about the real contexts of the case.

As there were some instances attempting to cover the truths and destroy the evidences behind the cases and events that happened in Arakan while misusing Human Rights politics by some groups of people, our organization has already sent the records, reports, and pieces of evidence about this case to the International Organizations, Embassies, and other suitable actors since the January of this year, 2022.

After investigating this case thoroughly, it is evidently found that some people who are working with the international organizations for the sake of Human Rights are also deliberately pouring gasoline on the fire while systematically creating ethnic and religious conflict and instability in the region.

Therefore, our organization must disclose this case unavoidably due to a situation in which some groups of people using the International Organizations under the banner of Human Rights are now consistently trying to destabilize peace and order in the region intentionally.

၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ (၁၈)ရက်၊ နံနက် (၉) နာရီခန့် အချိန်တွင် ရက္ခိုင်ပြည်၊ မောင်တောမြို့နယ်၊ ဆောင်ပညာရွာနှင့် စံကားပင်ရင်း (ရခိုင်) ရွာ အကြား၌ မြန်မာစစ်တပ်နှင့်နယ်ခြားစောင့်တို့ပူးပေါင်းထားသောတပ်ဖွဲ့အား ရက္ခိုင့်တပ်တော်မှ တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့သည်။ ရန်သူသည် တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားရာနေရာများသို့ စစ်ကူများကို ထပ်မံပို့ပေးခဲ့သောကြောင့် နံနက် (၁၀) နာရီ (၃၀) မိနစ် အချိန်တွင် မောင်တောမြို့နယ်၊ ဒုံးကုလားရွာနှင့် ဝက်ကျိန်းရွာ အကြား၌လည်း ထပ်မံဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည်။

ရန်သူသည် ၎င်းတို့စစ်စခန်းများဖြစ်သော တောင်ပြိုလက်ယာ နခခ (၆)၊ ကြိမ်ချောင်း နခခ (၇)၊ မင်္ဂလာညွန့်ရဲကင်းစခန်း၊ ထရိန်းရဲကင်းစခန်း၊ သစ်တုံးနားခွဆုံအနီးရှိ စခန်း၊ မင်္ဂလာညွန့်အနောက်ဘက်ရှိ စခန်းများမှ တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားရာနေရာများသို့ လက်နက်ကြီးများဖြင့် ညနေ (၆) နာရီခန့်အထိ တောက်လျှောက် ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်ခဲ့သည်။

တိုက်ပွဲအတွင်း ရန်သူ့ဖက်မှ သေဆုံးသူ အချို့ရှိခဲ့ပြီး လက်နက်ချ အညံ့ခံသော သုံ့ပန်း (၁၄) ဦးကိုလည်း လက်ရဖမ်းဆီးရမိခဲ့သည်။ မိမိတို့ဖက်မှ အလတ်စားဒဏ်ရာရရှိသူ အနည်းငယ်မှလွဲ၍ ကြီးကြီးမားမား ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့ခြင်းမရှိချေ။

အဆိုပါတိုက်ပွဲများအတွင်းမှ RPG 7၊ ပီစတို (၂) လက်၊ စက်လတ် (၁) လက်၊ G3၊ G4 အပါအဝင် လက်နက်စုစုပေါင်း ( ၂၅) လက်၊ ခဲယမ်းအများအပြား၊ စစ်အသုံးအဆောင်ပစ္စည်းအများအပြားကို သိမ်းဆည်းရမိခဲ့သည်။

ရက္ခိုင်ဒေသအတွင်း၌ ရန်သူသည် စစ်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှု၊ စစ်ရေးပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို ဆက်တိုက်လုပ်ဆောင် နေသောကြောင့် တိုက်ပွဲများဆက်လက်ပြင်းထန်လာနိုင်၍ မိဘပြည်သူများအနေဖြင့် သတိထား သွားလာကြပါရန် နှင့် စစ်ရေးသတိရှိကြပါရန်ကိုလည်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
