በአዲስ አበባ ሳይንስና ቴክኖሎጂ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የተማሪዎች የሙያ ማበልፀጊያ ማዕከል አዘጋጅነት፣ በአመራርነት ላይ ላሉ የተማሪዎች ህብረት እና የክበባት አባላት፣ ከነሐሴ21-23/2013ዓ.ም የቆየ "የአመራርነት ጥበብ እና የቡድን ስራ" ስልጠና ተሰጠ።
ስልጠናው የተማሪዎችን አደረጃጀት አቅም ለመገንባት ያለመ ሲሆን፣ተመሳሳይ ስልጠናዎችን ለብዙሀኑ ተማሪ ለማዳረስና፣ የተማሪዎችን የሙያ ተወዳዳሪነት፤ ስራ ፈጣሪነትና፣ ሁለንተናዊ ስብዕና ለመገንባት ፤የአዕምሮ ውቅር፣ የአመራርነት ጥበብ፣ የስራ ፈጠራ ክህሎት፣ የስራ ተወዳዳሪነትና እና መሰል ክህሎቶች ላይ ያተኮሩ ስልጠናዎች በስፋት እንደሚዘጋጁ ተገልጿል።
