• دانشجویان سنواتی: حذف کامل.
• دانشجویان بومی (ساکن همان شهر): حذف کامل
حتی وعده ناهار که پیش از این به این دانشجویان تعلق می‌گرفت نیز حذف شده است.
• وضعیت جدید: دانشگاه از ترم آینده صرفاً به دانشجویان روزانه غیربومی یارانه پرداخت می‌کند.
