Ruling Concerning a Woman Cutting Her Hair
Question: I hope you will help me concerning cutting my hair from the front of it in a certain style wherein the hair sometimes falls down over the eyebrows of a Muslim woman. Is this allowed or not? May Allah reward you.
1) Response by Shaykh Ibn Bāz رحمـــه الله :
"I do not know of anything [wrong] in cutting a woman's hair. It is not allowed to shave all of it off. You cannot shave off the hair of your head but you may shorten its length."

2) Fatwah by Shaykh al-Uthaymeen رحمـــه الله ;
"In the past, women were keen to have long hair and would be proud of it, and they would not cut it unless there was a shar‘i reason or health-related need to do so.
Now things have changed, so the view that it is forbidden is weak and there is no proof for it. The view that it is disliked needs further reflection and examination.
The view that it is permissible is closer to the basic principles of Islam. Muslim narrated in his Sahih that the wives of the Prophet ﷺ used to cut their hair so that it came down no lower than their earlobes. (Muslim, Book of Menstruation)
But if a woman cuts her hair too short , so that it looks like a man’s hair, then this is undoubtedly haram, because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) cursed women who resemble men."

Short Answer: As for the feet, it is obligatory upon her to cover them according to the majority of the scholars.
Read the Fatwā by Shaykh Ibn Bāz رحمـــه الله below:
Question: What is the ruling concerning covering hands and feet in the prayer? Is it obligatory upon a woman or is it allowed for her to uncover them, in particular, if there are no non-related men around her or if she is in a group of women?
Response: As for the face, it is sunnah for her to uncover it during the prayer if there are no non-related men around her. As for the feet, it is obligatory upon her to cover them according to the majority of the scholars. Some scholars allow the feet to be uncovered but the majority say it is prohibited to uncover them and she must cover them.
Abu Dawud recorded that Umm Salama was asked about a woman praying in a headcovering and long gown and she said, "There is no harm in that as long as the gown covers the top of her feet."
So covering the feet is better and safest under all circumstances. As for the hands, their situation is simpler. If she uncovers them, there is no harm. If she covers them, there is no harm. Some scholars say it is better to cover them. And from Allah comes guidance to the correct path.

I noticed that many people tend to neglect their bodies; some do not floss their teeth after eating, some do not wash their hands from oil and fat.
This negligence and failing to observe personal hygiene leads to a failure in conforming to religion and life.
