- All converted ZMN token will be burned and acted like lending with no repayment plan on our lending application

2.Convert BTC -> ZMN
- Only if your BTC balance below minimum withdrawal (0.001 btc) you will have option to convert all BTC balance to ZMN token for withdrawal on Binance Smart Chain with fixed rate at 10,000ZMN = 350,000 Satoshi

Important Announcement: Upcoming changes after The Merge event
.
The Merge event has passed and mining Ethereum with graphic card come to an ended. Now the mining profit of other mineable coins, even top-tier graphic cards are still negative even in off-peak period. We know that mining profit will be surely positive again but what we don’t know is when that situation will be happened.

As Time is most precious and running mining facility have a huge cost. Along with electricity price increase a lot recently and almost five years old of hardware, ZMINE have decided to stop all physical mining activity and ZMINE will continue mining Ethereum as validator node to gain staking rewards instead.
.
This is one of the difficult decision but in order to preserve value of ZMN⇌BTC which will be used for validator node, continue waiting positive physical mining profit will only result in reduce ZMN⇌BTC. That why we need to stopped physical mining activity as soon as possible.

The following changes will be occured
.
1. Physical mining operation have been stopped
2. ZMN Lending application will be suspended after 1 October 2022
3. ZMN-BTCB LP Staking reward will be depleted around 16 October 2022
4. ZMN Intrinsic update will be suspended and will be updated again at January 2023
5. ZMN⇌BTC that are current in BTC will gradually convert to ETH when ETH/BTC ratio is below 0.075
6. As validator node needed 32ETH to start and after it started, we can’t withdraw both principal and rewards until Ethereum Shanghai upgrade come. All staking rewards in this period will be compounded.
7. After Ethereum Shanghai upgraded, ZMN Lending Application and LP Staking reward will be available again within 3 months

Notes:
- Lending and convert application still operate normally until 1 October 2022. If you don't want to continue mining Ethereum with us as a validator node, please make sure to use lending with no repayment plan or convert ZMN->BTC before above date.
