A Problem happened today caused a great damage for lot of PCs and Laptops (BSOD Bootloops), as well as Malfunctions for many Corporations, Government institutions and services, Banks, and Airports as well, and Microsoft Azure as well and it is down now.
And users are panicking from this problem. They have been reporting this problem in many platforms, including Reddit, FaceBook and X.
The core reason for this is due to the latest Crowd Strike antivirus which is used commonly.

Here is the solution:
1. Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment
2. Navigate to the
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory
3. Locate the file matching "C-00000291*.sys", and delete it.
(Command: del "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike\C-00000291*.sys")
4. Boot the host normally.
