“When the CDC was thinking about mandating the chickenpox vaccine for your children, they did a study.

The person they hired to do that study was a scientist named Gary Goldman, who did a long-term study in California.

What he found is that if you give the chickenpox vaccine, mass vaccinate, it stops chickenpox, but causes shingle epidemics later on; which is 20x deadlier.

Despite those studies, we mandated for American children in this country, but in Europe they don’t.

If you go to the British National Health Service website right now, you can read that it will say, “We do not recommend chickenpox vaccines because it causes shingles epidemics later on… and that’s the problem.

Picture this: Your baby has a known penicillin allergy.
The doctor hands you this bright pink bottle anyway.

Parents in Ontario still have to go through this whole rigmarole just to get a non-medical (conscience/religious) exemption from school vaccine requirements in 2026. Under the Immunization of School Pupils Act:

1. Contact your local public health unit and request the exemption process.

2. Watch the official Ministry of Health ‘Vaccine Education Video’ (it’s about 20-30 mins, covers vaccine basics, safety, disease risks, and Ontario law—no skipping allowed!).

3. Complete an attestation/quiz form confirming you watched the whole thing (often online, sometimes with a survey).

4. Get issued a signed Vaccine Education Certificate (like the one attached—proof you did the ‘education session’).

5. Fill out the Statement of Conscience or Religious Belief form (affidavit style).

6. Get that form notarized/commissioned by a Commissioner of Oaths (might cost a small fee).

7. Submit BOTH the certificate + notarized statement to your local public health unit.

8. Keep copies for your records—public health doesn’t always hold onto them long-term.

If you don’t do all this? Your kid risks suspension from school (up to 20 days at a time) until records/exemptions are sorted.

This has been the rule since around 2017 to make opting out more ‘informed.’ Medical exemptions are simpler (just a doc’s note), but for beliefs/conscience? Yeah, mandatory pro-vax education first.
