Added changelog
- All API files now implement setpriority() for easy lowest cpu priority
- Updating game detection
- new swappy delta calculation logic more adaptive (added again debug.sf.phase_offset_threshold_for_next_vsync_ns on swappy calculation)

I think this is the end of the changelog which will be released tomorrow hopefully it will be stable on all devices (not yet supporting 32bit)

V1.1 changelog
- added surfaceflinger cached settings help manage sf cache for swappy-delta
- updating almost use C native on Swappy-delta feature
- Implement shared window for swappy-delta and perf_service_@api files make more efficient if two running at once

Oh yeah, even though the version is 1.1 in the module info, the version will remain 1.0
I forgot to change it, but don't worry, the version is still 1.1.

Update version 1.2 ( Under construction)
- update advanced option for easy settings on files named advance_settings.ini
- optimize loop delay to 5 second for light script
- fix game /balance mode swich log
