Let me tell you about sm that i heard many years ago but still stuck with me untill today.

When i was a kid i watched a show on tv, it was about an experiment were scientists filled 3 jars with rice and put water in them. For the first jar they would only say positive things to it like i love you, your great, your perfect and what not. And for the second gar they would say horrible things like your a good for nothing, your disgusting and sm like that. But for the 3rd jar the wouldn't say a single word to it. After months of doing this they found out that the first jar of rice was Cristal clear as white as it was in the begining. The second gar how ever was black and seemed like it had gone bad. And the third jar was in between both of them. Now its most probably was fake but ohh my god, when i tell you i felt that shit i mean it. That one show made me realize how much effect words can have, i started to be more carful for the things i say to ppl after that. Im thankful that i watched that segment.

Its difficult to wait, but worst to regret
