Ammar Muhammad al-Hajju declared he participated in a 3 month training-course in #Turkey before reaching #Syria and began to estabilish an #ISIS cell in Al-Karamah town under #SDF control.

The other members of the cell Muhammad Shweet Al-Hussein and Khaled Ali Al-Suleiman confirmed that they jioned #ISIS.
