The Syrian regime and Russia are sending military reinforcements and making mobilizations against who? Is this also in the context of the threats of the Turkish state and its new plans to occupy the region?

The Syrian regime army sent soldiers, heavy weapons and military equipment to the areas of Tal Rifaat / Al-Shahba and Manbij.

Shahba / Tell Rifaat:
Where the regime's soldiers were sent from the division located in the Soran area in the northern Hama countryside.

Among the soldiers sent are members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.

The tanks and cannons that were sent from the military academy in Ramouseh, Aleppo, went to a newer town and were stationed in the campus of the al-Mushat School in the Fafin district, and new lines and positions were built in the campus where the soldiers were stationed.
