We had an encounter with someone who wanted to "help" traumatized people with a pretty shitty approach, so here the good that came from it:
To all trauma survivors:
You write your own story. You decide how to deal with your trauma. You know your situation best, you interpret it and nobody has the right to tell YOU what YOU lived through and how to handle it.

Nobody asked for your help, that is the thing. You could stick around and learn how you can help.
But it is not welcome to try and "help" people you don't know who didn't even ask for your help.
