Shitty Life Pro Tips #2
Never wear pants or other lower body clothing when leaving the house as to eradicate the brief moments of fear of maybe having forgotten to put some on.

Life hack! Avoid making any social connections as to prevent ever being abandoned.

Granted, that was more like a Depressing Life Pro Tip. Please bear with me.
Actual Life Pro Tips #1
When someone says something hinting at them not feeling well, unless you know them well enough to know they will be amused by what you send, refrain from sending depressing stuff their way.
And even if you know someone well enough, consider sending something positive instead. Or talking about something.
Depressing imagery/text can have a positive effect when it comes to coping, ultimately however you cannot leave a depressing place by errantly wandering around the same depressing imagery. Your day-to-day life shapes how you see the world, look at lots of negative stuff and your world will look way worse.
This effect happens too when you send it to someone else, in some moments nothing else can be a comfort, but I heavily discourage randomly sending depressing stuff to people who don't seem well in the first place.
(And if you ask me, so should you. Of course. And of course I'm biased, but that's my reality and my channel may contain traces of it.)

Today I will receive a call to get a surgery appointment. I am nervous and excited. Told them I can do spontaneous appointments too, even with a day notice only, if someone reschedules and they gotta fill a spot. But yes, nervous.
I have a surgery appointment! Admission on Jan 6th, surgery is Jan 7th and then I stay a few days, probably leaving on 11th.

Tips on staying sane & calm while being arrested & sitting in a jail cell alone
"This zine features tips and strategies for those who are arrested and forced to interact with police. It’s drawn from the experience of an anarchist and mental health counselor who was arrested. The experience helped them to realize that there isn’t a lot of material out there focusing on how to stay calm in the context of an arrest. It also emphasizes the importance of not talking to police and focusing on that and remaining calm. While the particulars of the arrest, charges, and identity will shape one’s experience in jail, there’s useful information for everyone in this zine."
