All of you deserve to feel good. Here is an interactive self-care guide. And because all of us includes me, I'll try too, but I'll probably not manage 100%.
However, an attempt is good enough. We don't always need to get to 100%, especially not currently.
You all have your place in the world. And if it's hard for you to do the self-care for yourselves, maybe do it for a loved one, or for your pet, for someone you look up to or even for me. Maybe do it in spite of the world trying to drag you down.
In any way, you got this comrade, and whether you try or not, I'm proud of all of you for holding on, breathing, existing. That's good enough. You're doing enough. Anything else is extra.
