Aaaaaaahhhhhh! I finally have DSL! After surviving on LTE for more than 3 years this is a real big thing for me. Also it's my first ever own DSL. I'm in awe and in shock.

Stop thinking you have to work every waking second, you're most likely not a machine. Get some heccin rest.
You are good. Your strengths and deficiencies are what makes you be you. If you want to change, fine - but do it for yourself and not some dipshit making money of your insecurities.
Getting shitty comments from people? They likely do it to hide their own insecurities by trying to seem "better" than you.
They are not and also not worth your time.
You can choose how things go by deciding who and what to engage with and who and what not.
I sincerely hope you will engage with those who build you up when you're down and disengage from those making you feel bad.
Just because you're contacts with someone for no matter how long does not mean you cannot kick them out by the way.
Nobody should take you for granted. You are precious, please make sure you're well.
