Sooo. COVID definitely had a lasting effect on my asthma, it's much worse now, but I am recovered mostly.

I'm already able to exercise again to some degree and I feel okay. I'm weaker than before the infection but that was to be expected.

Overall: "Healthy" again, as healthy as you can be when chronically ill. :)

I saw my doc, my lungs are fine-ish and I'll have the worsening of my asthma treated, too.
