Mesa CO Report #2: In discussing where the Dominion components are manufactured and assembled, the report references a technology supply chain attack (Bloomberg, 2018). I presented that exact case to the NC Speaker of the House and other legislators in Nov 2021. I also presented that ES&S acknowledges it sources from China and that the equipment we use is manufactured outside the US. We even shared the number of imports to ES&S. NC Legislators Action? NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

The 2nd forensics report from Mesa CO is out. I've only started to read it, and words fail me. Here's a snippet from Tina Peters' letter...36 wireless devices found and configured to allow any computer in the world to connect to their election management system (EMS). Of note, "yes," this report is on the Dominion System, but ALL the election voting systems have the same basic underlying programming. Elections voting IP has been shared publicly online and transferred amongst the vendors for years. There is much more to learn here. Download the report and at least read the Exec Summary.

Finally, these findings help to explain why our grassroots team tried since Aug 2021 to get forensic images of our ES&S and Hart systems. A couple of NC State Senators supposedly sent letters to the NCSBE requesting forensic images before the logic and accuracy testing last fall. We were never provided copies of those letters, though, and the senators never followed up to enforce the request in accordance with NC law. To take that 1 step further, not only did they not follow up but no NC Legislator (or GOP representative) has come out in support of the Libertarian Party Chair's request to review the 2020 ES&S source code. Per NC law this source code was supposed to have been placed on file with Iron Mountain's IP division (FYI..Iron Mountain's IP division is now owned by NCC Group of Manchester UK, so another foreign owned business involved in the NC Elections.) Also, I believe at their March 7th meeting, the NCSBE will "rule" on the Libertarian request. The request is founded in NC law, so it will be interesting to see how NCSBE says, "No."

Take note of that, Pat McElraft, Jim Perry, Chris Humphrey, John Bell, Tim Moore, Phil Berger…and who knows how many others like you.

In the great “to vote or not to vote” debate I have done a lot of soul searching and I do understand the civic duty we have to cast a vote in this Country. However, I can’t cast a vote that goes against my personal integrity. I can’t vote simply because it’s who the uniparty tells us to vote for when I know NC GOP has not done one single thing to speak up to fix 2020. Here is the only way I can participate AND maintain my personal integrity:

I absolutely will not support incumbent GOP. Every single NC incumbent failed us. I don’t support democrat leftists and the games that were played for 2020. I will vote but ONLY for candidates that are not incumbent. So, GOP can stick all their golden children on the selection ballot if they want but I will not fill in the bubble for them. If any candidate on my ticket has served a previous term, that vote will be blank.

For those that have been paying attention, you know those are called “undervotes”. Undervote warnings are disabled on NC machines, despite federal guidelines that say a voter should be notified and given the chance to correct it. Undervote ballots are susceptible to fraud because those can be filled in for the voter nefariously.

I hope all the GOP heeds this warning because I have a suspicion I’m not the only one with this “safe voting plan”.

VoterGA Provides Conclusive Evidence Showing Fulton County 2020 Election Results Were Electronically Manipulated — 524K Votes in Question

ATLANTA, March 7, 2022 – VoterGA announced at a press conference today a 15-point analysis that documents clear, irrefutable evidence of how the November 2020 Fulton County election results were electronically manipulated. The analysis was based on a year-long study of ballot images conducted by an expert-laden volunteer research team. The ballot image research was made possible last year when the Georgia legislature passed SB202, which made ballot images public records. The ballot images were collected statewide by a VoterGA Open Records Request team.

The 15-point analysis that can be verified through public ballot images at GAballots.com or other sites found the following problems in Fulton County:

1. 17,724 final certified Fulton County absentee votes have no ballot images, representing 13,303 extra Biden votes and 4,279 extra Trump votes — net 9,024 mail-in votes — that cannot be substantiated

2. All 374,128 in-person Fulton County ballot images from the original election count are missing and cannot be authenticated

3. 132,284 of the 148,318 mail-in ballot images are missing their authentication files and cannot be verified as legitimate votes

4. Only 16,034 mail-in ballot images had authentication files and those files (which should be generated automatically at the time of scanning) were added days after scanning

5. 4,000+ tabulator images have impossible duplicate time stamps

6. 104,994 image files in 1,096 batches have impossible duplicate time stamps

7. Images in 288 batches have backfilled time stamps out of scanning chronological order

8. All ballot batches were improperly forced to adjudication to facilitate tampering

9. 10 ballots were impossibly
adjudicated in one minute by one user

10. 941 [image] files were backdated prior to adjudication

11. Same 12 tabulators closed 148 early voting polls masking identity of scanning tabulator

12. One tabulator serial# impossibly closed two polls in same overlapping times

13. One tabulator was never closed and may have added many illegitimate votes

14. 85 closing tapes for 12,024 Election Day ballots are unsigned or missing

15. All but two tabulator closing tapes for early voting are unsigned, representing 315,000 ballots; Georgia law requires closing tapes to be signed by a poll manager and 2 witnesses

VoterGA emphasized that while one or two of these may be procedural issues, the electronic tampering found so far is not limited to Fulton. Co-founder Garland Favorito said: “In fairness to Fulton County, they did preserve enough of their ballot images to make some of our research possible. Other counties, like Cobb, destroyed most or all of their original November 2020 images despite federal and state law. This tampering and destruction is proof positive why Georgians cannot trust the 2020 election results. We desperately need an independent multi-county audit immediately to secure our elections before 2022 primaries.”

Here is a quote directly from the Mesa forensic report #2: "The presence of prior election databases on the EMS Server also offers an extensive and convenient repository for copy and paste modification of election data, not only for the 2020 election but for any prior listed election as well."

If you are familiar with the work of Garland Favarito at https://voterga.org/ his team has found EXACTLY that which is evidence of cutting and pasting in the CVR in Fulton County GA. This is called “Simultaneous Discovery”.

Imagine you have two records in your machine database of “1 - Trump 56,894 votes” and “2 - Biden 31,536 votes”. Then imagine you right click on those records and change “1” to “2” and “2” to “1”. You have just flipped the election in the machine database. No warnings, no passwords, nothing to stop you. Actually, you don’t need to imagine it because it can be done with the terrible way these machine databases have been designed. Read the report. There are even screen shots for the doubters. Was that actually done in the Election? Nobody knows....and that is exactly the point. The fact that it is POSSIBLE makes the machines uncertifiable.

What a joke. Telnet was used to access the machine server. "The commonly-known default SQL Service, TCP Port 1433 is specifically ALLOWED by this firewall rule." This is so bad in my opinion, it HAD to be done on purpose. Imagine leaving home with the key in the lock to your front door left in the lock. And these are certified based on RLAs?
