We must fight for the United State Supreme Court to follow and apply the RULE OF LAW.

The petition for certiorari review I filed in the United States Supreme Court can be reviewed by clicking on the link below.

The issues are simple:

1. Does a voter have standing to challenge a diminution in his or her vote which results from a violation of due process and/or equal protection of the law?

I believe well established law prior to the 2020 election cases answer this question YES.

2. Was the January 2021 Georgia Senate runoff election unlawful since it occurred as the result of the unlawful November 2020 general election?

I believe that well established law makes clear that only the state legislature can change election procedures in a federal election held in that state.

The Georgia legislature did NOT approve the changes to the November 2020 election made in a consent agreement between the GA Secretary of State and the Democratic Party.

Therefore, the November 2020 and January 2021 GA elections were unlawful.

The petition case number is 21-1081.

I would urge all lawyers and organizations fighting to FIX 2020 to consider filing amicus briefs supporting the grant of certiorari review of my petition.

It is time to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. Here is an opportunity for meaningful action to FIX 2020.

Well imagine that – Brad Raffensperger IMPLEMENTED the ballot harvesting drop boxes in GA. These dropboxes were not an issue in Georgia prior to 2020?

"There has been no ballot harvesting in Georgia, because no major network has said there was." That is indeed a brilliant line of logic – no flaws there whatsoever. I'd love to see that quote for myself.

I wonder who originated that ingenious quote. Is it the same people who insist that everything they refused to look into has "been debunked?" You know, like "the obviously false claims about election fraud." LOL

I hate how "conspiracy theorist" has been twisted into something derogatory. Among friends (but NOT at school), I own it. One of my friends told me back in November, "What you're saying sounds 'very conspiratorial.'" I said, "yea, it is MY THEORY, that what we are dealing with in our day-to-lives is outcome of a MASSIVE conspiracy." He had no answer except to say that "he was not impressed" and that "I was weird."

Theories that we set out to prove is the basis of what investigators and prosecutors do. Trial lawyers have a factual and legal theory of the case. I'm pretty sure those factual and legal theories of the case can entail "conspiracy," since conspiracy to commit a crime is a crime.

My theory of the case with the 2020 election is that the 2020 election was a MASSIVE conspiracy to get bad Orange man out and CCP & Great Reset puppet in. Depriving the people of the United States of their consitutional right to choose their government was just an unfortunate consequence. The same could be said for the pervasive loss of confidence in fairness of the elections process.

Anybody surprised? I’m not. It’s still shocking, though, to think that just less than two years ago I trusted people like Burr and Tillis to have our best interests at heart.

As a disclaimer, somebody I trust told me that NC Renegade is a group that might be “baiting” people for violence.

I have not picked up on that, but let me state for the record that suggesting any kind of violence is NOT my intention. I posted the above for informational purposes only.

I have never heard of state Rep. Mark Pless, but his ridiculous comments about NC doing a good job on the 2020 election make him primary bait.

Rep Mark Pless is arrogant and ignorant. I’m sure about that because I personally spoke with him. Rep Pless deserves to be primaried in the upcoming elections. Let’s make him one-term office holder.
