Yes – there must be legal consequences to all involved in the theft of the 2020 election.

We must fight in what lawful ways we can to prove the truth of what happened.

And when we do, we will only move forward by addressing what happened. Merely “looking forward” without holding the bad actors accountable is a tacit admission of what happened and positive reinforcement for it to happen again.

We will not allow the Republicrat Uniparty gaslight us. Republicans and Democrats in office at both the state and federal level should answer for their actions on the 2020 election – actions I deem tantamount to treason.

From what I’ve heard from credible sources about NC Speaker Tim Moore, I can see him doing the same thing.

The difference, though, is that NC does not have even ONE legislator with the courage and capability of Wisconsin state representative Ramthun.

I thought I'd share my reply to Mylan M with everyone, because I believe it is a message that applies to everyone. Thank you, Mylan M!

For me, the answer to your "who is out" question is pretty easy. I would say that just about everyone of the NC incumbent lawmakers should be out. For me, the threshold issue of whether I will vote to re-elect an incumbant Republican lawmaker in the primary is that legislators' commitment to the truth about the 2020 election.

I would recommend you reach out to your representatives to guage their commitment to investigating 2020. If they have are unwilling to investigate 2020, then your representatives are no longer worthy of your trust. I speculate that it won't take you long to get an answer to that question. I don't know who you are or where you live in NC, but the odds are you will not even get a response from your representatives.

Here are a few facts:
- FIVE of the 170 state lawmakers in NC sent official delegates to the Cyber Symposium
- of the SEVER or EIGHT with whom I've directly corresponded, two have taken the time to respond. One of those two snubbed me. The other did the bare minimum to cover his six.
- Republican leadership in the NCGA has been indifferent to the tremendous amount of quality work assembled by people I know and trust. Speaker Moore waited until the last possible day of the 2021 legislative session before listening to them, even when we had the attention of private donors.

I would say that the default assumption is that your incumbent republican representatives have done nothing, unless they take the time to tell you otherwise. If they do, then it's up to you to determine whether their efforts were significant.

Yes. There are victories. To me when I look at the judicial/legal system in the USA it’s like staring at the side of a building in war-torn WWII era Europe: riddled with bullet holes and blood stains, but still standing.

There are constitution abiding judges and lawyers in this country, but they seem few and far between, and most prominent is this fog of cowardice that has set in.

For that reason we must celebrate judges and rulings that reinforce our Constitution and Union. We the People must show our support and hopefully encourage more legal professionals to do their duty to protect our Constitution.

I agree, Tucker. Just wish you REALLY DID cover all the stories that other outlets won’t.

Where are the Deputy Sheriff Kesters today?

I'm inclined to say that any law stemming from a government that is not lawfully elected should not be enforced. WeThePeople have questions about the 2020 Election.

Our federal lawmakers let us down on Jan. 6, 2021 when they did not challenge the certififactions of at least those FIVE or SIX states we reasonably believed to have problems.

State lawmakers around the country, even within the GOP, are stymying honest investigative efforts as well. Why?

More importantly, what next? Well frankly, Deputy Sheiff Kester's speech, at least to me, raises the question of whether we obey laws that were not lawfully made. This deputy sheriff seems to think that we do not. I agree with him.

We are a nation based on the rule of law. Because efforts to investigate 2020 are stifled at every turn, I have questions about whether the law is what rules. We need to be able to investigate 2020 to confirm that it does.

May we all have the moral courage of Sheriff Kester, whether we are in law enforcement or not. Let's get off our keesters and be Kesters! NOW!
