Notwithstanding David Purdue’s very long, drawn out and overdue decision to file an election fraud lawsuit, I am still pleased to see any legal filing focused on fixing 2020.
Having said that, Kandiss Taylor is the only real choice for Georgia. She has fought for Trump and fixing 2020 from day 1.

One of my brilliant colleagues has launched her channel which lays out the various avenues of research pertaining to NC Election integrity that she and others have undertaken. Please consider following her at https://t.me/ncelections.
She also welcomes input from others.

I’ll only add to that the following: in some cases, we resent being told that we don’t have the evidence while at the same time being blocked from obtaining it.
It seems that in order to make case to have an audit where we’d COLLECT a lot of the evidence, we must ALREADY satisfy a beyond a reasonable doubt standard that one would need for a murder conviction.
Legislators have never been clear on what standard of proof they need.

The election in 2020 was stolen. The voice of the American people was stolen. Dominion Voting Systems is a fraudulent company and all of the evidence is there. We don’t need more evidence. We have it.
Stop the bullshit. Those who are talking need to start being about it. Step in the gap and get ready. FECUnited.com

You ARE the one we've been waiting for, Kandiss – in EVERY state. You are the ONLY politician seeking high office who is openly willing to fight for what we care most about – the integrity of our elections. We need to clone you for every seat in every state legislature and governorship in every single state. While we're at it, let's clone enough of you for all the AG & Secretary of State positions as well.
Yes, indeed Just Us( @ncelections), yes, indeed. Very keen insight you have. 🙃

Oh this is an interesting clip our legislators & SBE might need to be reminded of:
“The responsibility to demonstrate that our elections were conducted with fairness, inclusivity, and accountability is on the government and on the private, for-profit interests that did work for the government,” he said. “The burden is not on the people to show in advance of an investigation that public officials and their contractors behaved dishonestly.”

This message was too long for a regular Telegram post. It's my thoughts from the recorded portion a phone call with an RNC solicitor just above.
Anybody need a laugh? Just give a three minute listen to this out-of-this world arrogant solicitation call from the GOP (second for the day – this one was admittedly smarter than the first).
I love how she said my name four times in one sentence.
I also love how she reassured ME that she in no way was upset with me…even though she’d called ME…asking for MY MONEY.
I got a little tempered, but I believe my response was appropriate.
Enjoy.

Today has been unusually cheerful for me. I feel happy that those RNC solicitors seemed to have strategies to talk over people like me. I’m guessing they’ve been conditioned to act that way out of necessity.
Why might that be?
I have a hunch that far more patriots besides yours truly are making their voices heard. We’re letting those charlatans know that we will not be taken advantage of.
The RINOs know that we know that they betrayed us. They will feel the financial pinch for their betrayal. I get the sense they’re feeling the pinch now. The first caller bemoaned drops in “memberships.” That probably correlates to a loss in money.
The RINOs thought they could pull a fast one on us with 2022 rolling around the corner, but WeThePeople will not be fooled. We know their games. We spot their lies. Most of all , we remember what they have allowed to happen to our country since 2020. We remember 3 November.
Fix 2020 or bust.

Uh oh...what is THIS all about, NC GOP & NCSBE? 😯🤭😉

FOR IMMEDIATE RELASE
LIBERTARIAN PARTY OF NORTH CAROLINA TO CONDUCT FIRST-EVER INDEPENDENT SOURCE CODE REVIEW OF NORTH CAROLINA’S ELECTION SYSTEM SOFTWARE
Joseph Garcia, Chairperson for the Libertarian Party of North Carolina (LPNC), is one of a handful of key stakeholders with the authority to conduct an independent security review and source code examination of electronic voting systems used in NC elections as well review the State’s evaluation reports of electronic voting systems currently under consideration for certification in NC.
On December 21, 2021, Garcia initiated those reviews when the NC State Board of Elections in Raleigh received a letter from the Libertarian Party of North Carolina requesting to review and examine all source code for an electronic voting system made by vendor Election Systems & Software. ES&S has systems in use in 93% of NC counties and in 43.1% of US jurisdictions.
“Cybersecurity experts from around the world have warned of the vulnerabilities and inconsistencies of electronic voting machines. Voter confidence in those systems has been steadily eroding. It is critical that these systems be independently evaluated and regularly tested,” said Garcia.
“Mr. Garcia’s request is not about litigating the 2020 election. There is nothing in our Constitution or laws that allows for that,” said Lynn Bernstein, founder of Transparent Elections NC, who is supporting LPNC’s effort, “Moving forward, we need elections that are transparent, trackable, robustly audited, and publicly verified. That begins with an independent security and source code review of the proprietary software counting our votes.”
Garcia understands the value of these independent reviews. He served as a Police Officer and Detective with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) for 20 years. His last 7+ years with the NYPD, he was assigned to the Computer Crime Squad, where he investigated computer related crimes and conducted digital forensic investigations. As a digital forensic examiner, he was responsible for recovering, analyzing, and reporting of digital evidence related to criminal investigations. Prior to serving as LPNC Chair, Garcia also served as Vice Chair and as an At-Large member of the LPNC Executive Committee.
In 2019, NCSBE Executive Director, Karen Brinson-Bell, administratively approved the ES&S voting system, circumventing the stringent security and source code reviews required by law. Prior to approval, NC Board Secretary, Dr. Stella Anderson, objected to the administrative approval after receiving a letter from Kevin Skoglund, Chief Technologist at Citizens for Better Elections strongly advising against foregoing the NC Elections Systems Certification Program. Skoglund’s letter stated, “The changes introduced by EVS 5.2.4.0 substantially alter the voting system. The changes are not merely enhancements, they are major modifications. It is my opinion that it should be subject to full examination and testing and to review and approval by the State Board prior to use in North Carolina.” Despite several experts’ warnings, NC did not conduct an independent security and source code review.
Professor Duncan Buell, Ph.D., has been appointed as Technical Project Lead for the code review team. Buell recently retired from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina and is also a former election official for Richland County, SC. Buell says, “Software is hard to get right. Programmers often get too focused on the details of what they are doing. One way to ensure that things have not been overlooked is to have a source code review by other experts to ensure that the code does exactly — and only — what it is supposed to do.”

The Libertarian Party of NC is taking the reigns and doing something other NC leaders have never done. Requesting a source code review of our electronic voting systems. NC legislators gave party chairs this authority because they wanted these independent source code reviews done.
Joe Garcia is a former NYPD computer forensics detective and decided to do this because an independent source code review has never been done on ES&S's system and he wants to do his part for election security.

These callers must LOVE me for some reason...lol. I got another one this afternoon.
This person on the other end seemed really nice. She listened to everything I had to say. I appreciated her doing so, and I felt compassion for her at the end of the call.
In fairness to Sen. Rick Scott, he did vote to oppose the certifications of Pennsylvania. I learned that after the call. Opposing PA, however, is not enough. There were 5 other states with massive issues that needed to be looked at.

I am receiving some harsh criticism about the whole concept of recounting ballot images (in Polaris).
The identity of these people leads me to believe this is even more important than I thought.
However I am still being blocked in getting word out on this. I thought that the initial Harding findings would generate some buzz. But the fact is we have right now 217 Citizen Auditors signed up. Only 112 of them are working on Lea County.
Despite that, we have 6,927 ballots that have been judged once, and 1,707 which have been judged twice. You 112 people are truly amazing.
I want to add a county in Utah next week. And another western county soon afterwards. I can't do that without getting a couple thousand volunteers. This should not be a problem, but evidently it is.
Please do us all a favor and get the word out any way you can. https://polarisrecount.com - Thank you!

A quote from someone very smart on Seth’s channel:
“…the law in NC is clear. The head of a political party can request a review of the STORED source code (see NC General Statute 163-165.7 referenced in the press release footnote). 🙏🤞”
