Just heard about a press conference happening tomorrow morning at 9am about VOTING MACHINES. No idea what aspect of the voting machines this is about. Held by the Freedom Caucus, Rep Jeff McNeely. Link is below:

Doug Logan is not willing to make a deteminative statement about decertification without being 100% sure.

He states this while knowing he can never arrive at that percentage due to massive destruction of evidence and noncompliance with subpoenas.

How convenient.

The bad guys destroy evidence.

The bad guys lie.

And it appears Doug Logan needs the bad guys to stop being bad before he can use his common sense.

Beyond a reasonable doubt is the legal standard in a criminal case for a reason.

It's not beyond all doubt.

It's not beyond a shadow of a doubt.

The reasonable doubt standard simply requires that you have enough evidence before acting in the more grave decisions in life.

Before you cross the road, have you looked both ways? Have you determined where you should cross?

If you don't do either, you could get run over.

That's reasonable doubt at a common sense level.

It appears Doug Logan needs to take asphalt samples from the road, make sure the yellow stripes have been freshly painted, and has the latest meteorologist report to see if there is sufficient cloud cover before he would cross the road.

The beyond a reasonable doubt standard is set forth to protect the innocent from the government. "We the People" are the innocent victims of election fraud, and the Maricopa Board of Supervisors are the government, i.e. the State.

Stop protecting the government Doug.

I believe that the complaint he is referencing is likely one to be forthcoming, not the one already filed against Dominion in a District Court in Colorado.

I could be wrong. I haven’t spoken to anyone who would know.

What I do know is that the Supreme Court grants certiori to listen to less than 10% of the cases appealed to it. Therefore, if there is a complaint that actually has the Packet Capture data on it, it will need every ounce of influence WeThePeople can muster – to the extent WeThePeople can influence an unelected body.

I just heard Gov. Kim Reynolds of Iowa. I am not impressed. She’s missing the essential piece of how to “save America.” She says, all we need to do is show up, and we’ll win.”

She is wrong. To save America, we need to save the integrity of its vote. That involves not just putting in safeguards for future elections, but also addressing all the problems of this past one.

“I’ll be talking to you about that endorsement, Kim. I’m not quite ready to do it, yet.” LOL. I didn’t hear which Kim The Boss was referring to, but I might have a good idea.

If any of you were Bcc’d onto that email I sent to Senators Daniel Hise, or Newton; please help me follow up with them to ensure they received it – especially if you’re their constituent. Also, please follow up with any of the legislators Cc’d who might be in your district.

They have each received a formal Memo dated October 9, 2021 requesting for EMERGENCY ACTION to be taken to PRESERVE EVIDENCE on voting equipment in all 100 Counties of North Carolina. Forensic evidence from Maricopa County AZ and Mesa County CO is provided in the memo to substantiate the reason for the emergency request and citing NC state law.

PUT THEM ON NOTICE (in a nice way) that YOU are aware of the Memo and are requesting a response back to you on this urgent matter.

That’s one way to do it. I’m not opposed, as I do believe the machines are the Devil that no one in positions of power wants to know.

I also like the idea that Col. Waldron expressed to me and others at my table at the Cyber Symposium: serializing ballots. This would guarantee traceability of the ballots and also limit machine-related fraud.

Either path would be a huge step in the right direction from where we are now.

In the meantime, fellow NC Patriots, let’s keep reminding our legislators that if they keep trying to run out the clock on getting these critically important forensic images, their TIME WILL BE UP in November.

I met Doug Gould at Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium. His mind is magnificent. His patriotism is deep, and his commitment to truth is unwavering. Doug has done tremendous work for our country.

Doug is the CISSP-certified cyber forensics expert who authored the Preliminary Mesa County Report. Doug Gould DOCUMENTED the irregularities in Mesa County, CO. Tina Peters’s attorneys hand delivered that report to the Mesa County District Attorney.

Doug Gould has been an expert witness for over 40 years. He tells me he has never lost a case for which he testified. That’s pretty significant. Not many professionals have an undefeated record throughout their careers, let alone for careers that stretch 40+ years. (I can’t think of many many people can make Floyd Mayweather or Rocky Marciano envious of their records, but maybe Doug could.)

Doug turned out to be the lead expert at Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium. I had the honor of sitting at his table, which was the real treat of the event. Sure, I grabbed one or two selfies with celebs such Mike Lindell and Wendy Rogers, but I was there to learn. From Doug Gould, I learned alot.

It is because of Doug Gould that I understand the importance of North Carolina having these before and after forensic images. (See my pinned message).

The following message is from one of my colleagues and is very much on point. My colleague is one three brilliant and deeply patriotic “Charlie’s Angels” I’ve had the honor to work with. (Carolina is Latin for “Charles,” and angels – at least some of the good ones – are warriors for God and truth.)

The person who sent me this message is formidable God-fearing warrior for truth in North Carolina’s 2020 general election. Like many of us, she works a day job and gives her heart and soul for her state and country at night.

Her message hits the nail right on the head. Who cares what “group” we are a part of? And yes, I definitely think some of these audit groups have been taken over by our enemies. Most importantly, the true testament of our grassroots movement is that no one single organization can be the head of it. What’s in charge of this grassroots election integrity movement goes back to what was meant to be charge of the kind of government our founders fought and died for in the very beginning – one governed by WeThePeople. Our legislators are to answer to WeThePeople.

I am no celebrity, and neither is my friend. Individually, collaboratively and with God’s help, we all contribute toward making a collective difference. No task is too small in this effort to ensure the integrity of our elections. No heart should feel discouraged. Have faith everyone, and keep fighting.

I was in a meeting this week. A lady asked me “which group I was part of”. I told her I am a voter and working with citizens but not part of any “group” membership. This, well-intended GOP member told me I needed to join a group and we all should get on the same page- it was difficult for “them” to know who to talk to.

In that moment, I realized “they” are very disoriented and getting pounded from every single direction. If you are willing to look beyond the fog, you can see that multiple groups and tactics is working in our favor. The establishment doesn’t know how to herd us all in a corner to address the loudest voices. They are surrounded by the voice of The People, both collectively and individually. Our selected officials care about two things, time and votes and We The People are a threat to both.

It is on my heart to tell anyone that feels like the FFA “groups” are being sabotaged and your individual work is compromised by the noise, you are mistaken. Keep doing what you are doing, working in the place God leads you, and let others do the same. Find a task or workgroup that fits your skills, abilities, and schedule and roll your sleeves up. At this moment, there are citizens that are canvassing their communities, some crunching numbers, some on the speaking circuit-waking up the people who are still sleeping, doing podcasts, running for local offices, developing precinct strategies, doing research, pounding the pavement at the General Assembly, or those that spend their days making phone calls, sending emails, forming local meet ups, collecting affidavits, filing local court actions, flipping their local boards, writing letters, and volunteering at the polls. This work is being done in groups large and small, across the Country.

This is the grassroots responsibility of “We The People” and it is working. There is no Leader, we are collectively leading a movement. If there are, in fact, enemies sent to divide us it is certainly not working in their favor. We are only getting stronger because of it. “They” would love nothing more than to herd us all in one corner because they know one single tactic is not effective for any battle.

If you are feeling discouraged, know we are all on the same side and have different approaches and tactics. This is a war to take our country back and the only “wrong way” to do this is to do nothing. Find your niche and do something, anything because no one person or group of people can do all the things.
