Pretty significant steps taken by AZ AG. Awfully big steps, if you ask me, if indeed the “counts confirmed Biden win.” What an absolute joke - the audit revealed MASSIVE amounts of fraud, and Maricopa County didn’t even hand over everything – ergo the litigation hold.

I forwarded this to one of the NC State Senators. This needs to be sent to all of them and the members of the house.

North Carolina has an evidence preservation emergency, as well. We need to have our state legislators subpoena either forensic images from all servers, scanners, tabulators, and all other devices; or we need to subpoena the machines themselves until we can get a forensic engineer to take that image. Yes, it will be expensive. But as Reagan said in his first inaugural – one that the insufferable RINO know-it-all Peggy Noonan did NOT write – “the price of freedom is high, but we (Americans) have never been unwilling to pay that price.”

If we want to know that we are in fact still the land of the free, we must know the truth about our last vote. We have to know what’s on our machines. We need qualified forensic engineers to take images taken of those machines.

Don’t let these sleepy legislators gaslight you with misinformation of how the AZ didn’t find anything – it did. (Speaking in pure hypotheticals here, of course). Just from the data we were all shown Friday afternoon found 5x the amount of Biden’s margin was illegitimate. What is alarming is that’s just from the non-cyber aspect.

The cyber fraud unveiled was MASSIVE, even from what we have. There was unmistakable evidence of cover-up. Yet, we STILL don’t even have everything. Why didn’t the Maricopa County hand everything over? Why has Maricopa County to this day defied legislative subpoenas from the AZ State Senate? I think we know.

What we also know is that the state AG of AZ putting a litigation hold on all Maricopa county election related materials. Maybe we’ll find out what was on the routers and other devices withheld.

What was unveiled in AZ is relevant for every state in the country. Every state has machines. All machines are vulnerable, not just Dominion machines – I learned that at the Cyber Symposium.

If GOP legislators do not fight for truth of 2020, they can forget our votes in 2022. My sense is that alot of them are running out the clock because they take us for granted. My sense is that they expect us to roll over and just accept them as the lesser of two evils when the next election rolls around. Think again. WeThePeople are not going to settle for their brand of lazy – if not corrupt – evil, either. We won’t choose of it any kind – We demand truth. The government is supposed to belong to us, and we are entitled to verify that.

We ARE willing to let them, ie TheyTheLegislators fall on their faces, if they do not take us seriously. We’ll primary them. And if that fails, we’ll let them crash and burn in the general.

If the integrity of our last vote doesn’t matter enough to them, then neither do our future votes. A legislator who does not fight for my vote in 2020 has not earned my vote for either 2022 or 2024. Period.

We’re through playing games.

Arizona showed proof of wrongdoing, whether they explicitly concluded
that in the opening or closing remarks or not. I’m not impressed by misinformation pieces I was shown from the WSJ or Reuters – mere minutes after the hearing began. These articles essentially just compared compared counts. That means nothing. That’s merely recounting the fraud, and it doesn’t matter if Biden actually got “another 99.”

Sonny Borelli gave a great analogy several days ago. Think of someone saying I have $1,000. Someone else says, “well some of that’s counterfeit.” The person with the supposed $1,000 hands it over for to nspectors for verification that none of it is counterfeit. Do the inspectors stop after they themselves count at least close $1,000? No! This is mere verification that whey have all the full universe to inspect.

I am appalled that the Wall Street Journal didn’t know any better than that. As far as I’m concerned, they work for America’s enemies.

I reached my conclusion from what I witnessed firsthand as a viewer. I watched the ENTIRE 3 hours of the AZ audit hearing on Friday hearing. There were some SERIOUS findings of wrongdoing.

If WeThePeople learn nothing else from having our country stolen from us, it’s this: FIND THE PRIMARY SOURCES FOR EVERYTHING, or believe NOTHING.

How do I know what I know? I watched it live! How do I know it’s serious? I – and now you – have, among other things, the LETTER written from the deputy AG of Arizona indicating a litigation hold. Hint: You don’t have litigation holds if everything is fine.

P.S. The “news” and Big Tech are not going to make it easy for you. The concern here goes beyond media bias. For even alternative media that actually does report the truth, Big Tech has found ways to manipulate search engine results.

Amen to Lin, once again! Ole Lindsey Limp Noodle Graham is at it again … lying through what looks like forked teeth.

I conclude from these videos that Graham does not represent the best interests of South Carolinians. He is a pork barrel Washington, D.C. politician (a/k/a a “Swamp Rat”).

He is not even respectful to his constituents. He displays the classic mindset and arrogance of an elitist.

Graham has NO interest in FIXING 2020. Thus, he is fine with a fake Communist regime allegedly being in a governing position in our country.

Graham is ALL talk. He does NOT walk the walk.

My conclusion is that Lindsey “I Play On The Same Team As Drew McKissick” Graham is a RINO Republican. Which means Lindsey is a Democrat in disguise. Which means Lindsey Graham is a Communist.

Those are my conclusions. You watch the video and listen carefully to him.

I spoke with John Exum, a third year law student at Emory University. I am glad John did not go to Mercer Law School! Ha!

John is the brother of the wife (Jean) of my next door neighbor in Atlanta, Bob Sauban.

Bob is my neighbor and my close friend. We talk every day about politics and the craziness surrounding us these days.

Bob is a tax lawyer. He started his career with Getty Oil and then spent many years working with Turner Broadcasting. Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of #FightBack. Bob loves freedom and God. Our conversations are always fun and enlightening. He is my daily “sanity check!!!”

But this message is about my call with John so let me refocus. Stay with me.

John Exum is an example of what this country needs in its next generation of lawyers. He loves America and freedom. He is a fierce fighter for truth and he is one very smart young lawyer-to-be. He cares about the client and the client’s cause. Money is secondary.

John has ALL the makings to be an excellent professional who understands the need for a fair and non-partisan approach to the rule of law. We need John to hurry up and graduate!!! He will be an example for his colleagues to follow.

John has been kind enough to help me a bit on the grievances filed against me by the State Bar of Georgia. I will not be presumptuous and speak to how John feels about what the Bar Association is trying to do to me, but he understands what the GA Bar is doing and why.

John knows about the legal work I have accomplished over the course of my 45-year legal career. He knows how hard I have worked and how I always placed my client’s interests ahead of my own. I tell him my views on the legal profession because I hope to mentor him in the right direction. And God knows we need to fix the legal profession in this country because it has lost its way in the pursuit of money and power. TRUTH and justice have gotten lost in the process.

I speak for myself in saying that I am embarrassed for my profession when I have to explain to John the Georgia Bar Association’s political vendetta against me - a partisan witch hunt aimed at destroying me personally and professionally because I support President Trump and have been fighting ethically and lawfully for an honest 2020 election result.

With a lawyer like Ibrahim Reyes fighting for me and some legal help from John, the Georgia Bar Association will lose and TRUTH will prevail.

For those of you wondering, here is an answer as to how you can help the Audit effort – do what you can to make sure we get the state board to capture and preserve forensic images.

Call your state representatives.

After reminding them that NC is not trying to overturn anything, simply tell them:

1) We have an “EVIDENCE PRESERVERVATION EMERGENCY.”

2) We need FORENSIC IMAGES of all election-related equipment: firmware, hardware, software, peripheray devices, etc. before any additional Logic & Accuracy tests are conducted.

3) The AZ Senate referred their findings to the the AZ Attorney General’s office. The AG’s office gave notice of a litigation hold. I’m not a lawyer, yet, but that suggests not all is squeaky clean.

4) “Attorneys” hand-delivered Tina Peters’ report to the Mesa County DA, according to the person who authored that report. He told me he “knew it for a fact.”

5) Lastly, 2020 is a ballot box issue for 2022 & 2024. GOP legislators needn’t count on our default “lesser-than-two-evils” vote.

We Remember 3 November! Tell them that little jingle — I actually came up with it while on the phone with the then head of the NC 1st Audit chat. Tell them that if they fail to fight to verify our last vote, then they can forget our future votes.

I will say, in fairness, that the legislator I’ve been working with has been FAR better than average. Sen. Jim Perry sent me as a delegate to the Symposium, and one was one of only 5 members of the entire NC General Assembly to do so. He’s also written, as I requested him to do, to Executive Director Karen Bell asking for a forensic image. Far MORE NC senators & state reps NEED to step up.

Again, those of you in NC, remind the legislators that we are NOT trying to overturn anything. We just want to make sure that our machines are clean. I have listened to all three hours of the AZ Audit hearings, and I’ve thoroughly read the Mesa County Report.

What I can say is that we in NC have STRONG reason to believe we have a problem with our “machines.” Either we get the machines looked at by people who know what they’re doing (forensic engineers using a write blocker), or we throw ‘em out of our state and go back to hand-paper ballots.

I heard last week that lawmakers in the various states were waiting to see whether charges would be filed in Arizona or Colorado.

For North Carolina, that makes no sense. What matters for North Carolina is whether the Arizona Audit hearing and the Mesa County, CO report documented machines/equipment related-irregularities. They both did.

Because of the irregularities uncovered, the findings from both the hearing and the Mesa County report were handed over to prosecutors in their respective states.

Let’s Look at the Mesa County Mess first.

1.) The Mesa County Report revealed that 28,989 files were DELETED. 695 of those files contained ELECTION-RELATED data. Cyber forensic experts based this off a comparison of forensic images of one of Dominion’s servers taken before and after its update from DVS D-Suite 5-11-CO to DVS D-Suite 5-13.

2.) Dominion also repartitioned the hardware. According to the person later revealed to be the author of the Mesa County Report, repartitioning the hard drive was unnecessary. It was also highly unlikely to have been an accident.

Why is that important? Repartioning lays the foundation for what is known as over-writing. Over-writing is how machines DELETE their data. Over-writing begins by deleting the DIRECTORIES of data. The data is then no longer able to be located. (think of trying to find words in a book after ripping out the table of contents and the index.). Once the data is no longer able to be located, the device will no longer know it’s there. When the machine no longer knows the data is there, the machine can over-write the data. P. 17 of the Tina Peters indicates a doubling in the number of partitions.

Stay with me.

Now let’s look at that they unearthed in Arizona.

Off the server, over 1.15 MILLION files CONTAINING ELECTION DATA were deleted.

Off the Scanner, 447, 145 FILES CONTAINING ELECTION DATA were deleted.
