Truth is an absolute defense to a defamation lawsuit.

A public figure defamation plaintiff must prove the publication of a FALSE and defamatory statement of FACT with actual malice, that is to say, with actual knowledge of FALSITY or with a reckless disregard for TRUTH or falsity.

P.S. John Sabal should hope that his “lawsuit” is thrown out early on motion. Otherwise, based on his claim of alleged “damage,” every detail of the finances of Sabal, The Patriot’s Voice, and their events will be revealed in discovery.

P.P.S. I pray that Sabal will reconsider the wisdom of his lawsuit and dismiss it.

P.P.P.S. I have no bone to pick with Sabal. I just want him to go his way and let me go my way as I know where I am going. When my tasks in earth are complete, I am going to Heaven for eternity to be with Jesus Christ, my LORD and my SAVIOR.

I have that exact same question myself. As you can see above, I was forwarded that email from Sabal’s attorney Steven Biss.

Note when Biss sent Lin that ‘settlement negotiation’ email. It was at 5:59 PM on May 31. According to some screenshot posted in my chat, Sabal via counsel filed suit the VERY next day. I took that screenshot down because I suspected it of being a forgery of some sort because Lin had never been served with process.

We’d never been given a chance to respond to the letter. And according to that screenshot, the document we know Sabal was threatening to file is substantially different than the one Sabal (potentially) did file.

PLEASE pray for my dear sister in Christ, Lang Fiveash, and for her husband Charlie and their children.

I spoke with Lang this morning and she was suffering difficulties with her heart rate. Lang is now in the hospital in North Georgia and, Charlie, reports that she is now in stable condition.

Lang has been an angel to me in the past difficult 4 years. I believe God has much more work for Lang to do for her family and others.

Pray that Jesus Christ heal Lang and comfort her and her family.

I love Lang and her family. If you have met her or know her, I know you love her too.
