It must have been tough to be George O’Leary.

It must have been tough to lose that dream job at Notre Dame after word got out that he’d fictionalized his resume…

I guess when a man lies about his past, his past can catch up with him.

Just sayin’ …

Hello everyone... quick note. Last week I sent comments re Retention of Election Voting Records.

https://www.ncleg.gov/BillLookUp/2021/S819

Specifically, I suggested that the date for the records retention be specified and that in SECTION 1 that the language should be modified to more clearly define election records. For example, the last part of the section could read: "...shall ensure 2020 election records including all electronic and paper records, data and reports, are retained in accordance with this section."

This evening, I can confirm that my suggestions have made it into the hands of Speaker Moore's Staff

I'll keep you posted if I learn of any feedback from the Speaker's office.

Watch the video below in which a U.S. Marshall estimates that there are 430,000 missing children per year in the United States.

Where are those children?

Identify local, state, and federal “selected” officials and candidates who seek to be “selected” who fail to make child sex trafficking a top priority.

Demand answers.

This is about the children.

Wow…food that was $24 just two years ago is now $96? I definitely believe it, given my grocery expenses are now 4x as high.

Thanks, Joe!!! Thank you so much for your “asset” of inflation that you’ve shared with all of us.

Thanks, congressional Republicans & courts, for allowing this idiot to usurp the presidency by refusing to hear evidence.

Interesting information revealed to me by the reporter of Mother Jones when he called recently to ask about this 12/3/20 donation to #FightBack Foundation.

#FightBack declined Steve Bannon’s initial offer to raise “millions” to support the mission of the foundation.

The subsequent $100K donation raised some concerns so the board of #FightBack placed the funds in the escrow account and did not release them to the general fund for over a year after no issues arose concerning the donation.

The funds were NOT used to support my election lawsuit challenging the Georgia November 2020 election. I paid the attorney’s fees for that case out of my own pocket and was blessed to have a couple of lawyers help me with the appeals on a voluntary, pro bono basis after I personally terminated Atlanta Attorney Ray Smith.

#FightBack has never donated monies for any post November 3, 2020 election related efforts or activities in Washington, D.C. by Steve Bannon, Stop the Steal, Guo Wengui, or any other individual or organization.

I have not spoken to Steve Bannon since he called about the “Illinois” donation and I do not know Guo Wengui.

Neither #FightBack nor I have ever been involved with Stop the Steal although members of that group attended the speech I gave in December of 2020 at Wills Park. Some of its members were on the stage when I spoke but prior to taking the stage I did not know they would be present on the stage. The event was intended to be a rally at which only Sidney Powell and I would speak.

I tried to be gracious and allowed those other individuals on the stage to briefly speak (including Vernon Jones).

#FightBack funds are not substantial and the foundation makes every effort to be a good steward of the donations received while being transparent as necessary about its finances. #FightBack has been audited by an independent CPA firm for years 2020 and 2021 without exceptions.

#FightBack has nothing to hide.

The games the Deep State plays.

Such LIES & MISREPRESENTATIONS by the Unselects, and absolutely nobody allowed to challenge what is being said. As an example, I never suggested to V.P. Pence to “overturn” the Election (although Thomas Jefferson “took” the Georgia votes), but that he send the votes back to the various Legislatures so that they could determine if the Irregularities and Fraud were as widespread and significant as they seemed. Time has proven voter fraud to be even more flagrant, the Election was Rigged & Stolen!

Will you help us convince the NC State Board of Elections to REQUIRE signature verification on all absentee ballots?
Public Comment Period Opens on Request Related to Signature Verification for Absentee Voting
Raleigh, N.C. — The State Board of Elections has opened a written public comment period for a request by the North Carolina Republican Party for the State Board to authorize county boards of elections to scrutinize voter signatures on absentee ballot request forms and absentee ballot return envelopes, to determine whether to count those ballots in North Carolina elections.
North Carolina law currently requires an absentee voter to confirm their identity by having two witnesses or a notary attest that the voter completed their ballot. This request seeks an additional layer of verification for absentee voters.
Read the Republican Party’s request for a declaratory ruling, which was made on May 14, 2022.
The public comment period will be open from Friday, June 10 through Tuesday, July 5. Members of the public may comment in the following ways:
• Online: Public Comment Portal
• Email: rulemaking.sboe@ncsbe.gov
• Mail: Attn: Legal Division, 6400 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27603-1362
State Board staff will compile the comments and post them online before the State Board meets to consider a ruling on the request, likely in mid-July.
Specifically, in addition to confirming that the voter’s ballot was properly witnessed, the request seeks to also allow county boards of elections to compare the signature on an absentee document with the voter’s signature on their voter registration documents, which are kept on file with the county boards. The request also asks that the county boards be able to “exhaust all available resources to confirm that the signature provided on an absentee container-return envelope is that of the purported voter.”
The State Board’s current guidance to county boards of elections is not to use signature verification in the consideration of absentee returns. Under state law, each absentee by-mail voter must have two witnesses or a notary attest that the voter completed their ballot in the witnesses’ presence. Verification of the voter’s identity is completed through this witness requirement. State law does not explicitly address the comparison of voter signatures.
The request for a declaratory ruling is a process authorized under a provision of the North Carolina Administrative Procedures Act, N.C.G.S. § 150B-4. That statute allows individuals to request a ruling to resolve a conflict regarding an interpretation of state law or a rule adopted by the agency.

Please email the State Board of Elections with your comments regarding their policy which is highlighted below.
THE DEADLINE IS TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2022.
NC law currently requires an absentee voter to confirm their identity by having two witnesses or a notary attest that the voter completed their ballot. The State Board of Election (SBE) policy states "the voter’s signature should not be compared with the voter’s signature on file because this is not required by North Carolina law.” This applies to absentee ballot request forms and absentee ballot return envelopes.
This policy was instituted in August 2020. Prior to that time it was common practice for county boards of elections to compare signatures on absentee ballot return envelopes to the voter’s signature on their registration file.
The NC GOP petitioned the State Board of Elections to revisit this issue and now is in the comment period.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NC SPEAKER TIM MOORE

Thursday, June 23, 2022
Contact: Demi Dowdy

U.S. Supreme Court Rules 8-1 to Allow the NC General Assembly to Intervene in Voter ID Case

Raleigh, NC— Today the United States Supreme Court ruled 8-1 that the North Carolina General Assembly can intervene in the federal voter ID case.

House Speaker Tim Moore said, "North Carolinians overwhelmingly support voter ID, and they deserve nothing less than the strongest representation from those who would uphold the will of the voters and our constitution, not a tepid defense by an attorney general who has a record of opposing voter ID. As stated in today’s decision, “More than once a North Carolina attorney general has opposed laws enacted by the General Assembly and declined to defend them fully in federal litigation.”

He continued, "The U.S. Supreme Court has rightfully agreed with us that, without the participation of the General Assembly in defending voter ID, “important state interests would not be represented.” Also, “... while serving as a state senator the attorney general voted against an earlier voter-ID law and filed a declaration in support of a legal challenge against it.” I am proud of our General Counsel and legal team for their diligent work on behalf of the voters. Rest assured, I will continue to fight to defend the will of the people for voter ID to become law as decided by the voters."
