What's New With Ledgerly
A lot, honestly. Here’s the week that turned Ledgerly into a different app.

If you’ve been testing Ledgerly beta for a while now, you can find the latest updates in these builds.
2.3(1) contains everything that’s submitted to App Store review
2.4(4) contains updates including Widgets and many improvements in Ledgerly
How you’d find them is by heading to TestFlight, opening Ledgerly among apps you test there, going to the bottom of the detail sheet and finding Previous Builds out of the menu. You can then select either build and continue testing new features and updates.
As always, thank you for giving Ledgerly a portion of your time and supportive feedback. These improvements and features wouldn’t have been possible without your consistent nudge towards ambitious goals over the product.

The team behind @ScholarXIV were kind enough to sponsor a medical journal-style article inspired by the congenital heart condition I’ve lived with my entire life—one that I’ve survived without surgical intervention. My goal was simple: gather evidence-based insights, possible solutions, and practical tips for managing my current symptoms and recurring infections—the very challenges that inspired me to build NoAir and, admittedly, justify my insane Apple Watch purchase.
My doctor was genuinely impressed by the output. He’s been sharing it throughout his network of cardiology and pediatric specialists, hoping it sparks discussion around my case.
The last prompt that generated the article came after I realized I had finally given the AI enough context:
“Compile a report with a John Hopkins standard Med Journal Research piece about my survivability and struggles + possible ways I could handle this. I may share this with my doctors and friends for awareness and precaution. Have a standard abstract, literature review, and also summary (TL;DR) for people with no patience to go through reading the struggles I live daily. Jargons and med terms should be communicated and translated for any Gen Z or young person reading the article. Note that I go visit ER every couple of month for recurring cases of pneumonia and several infections that I finally decided to build an app to get to the top of this.”
Thank you, @Dagmawi_Babi

Gave access to @ScholarXIV Health to select individuals and partners and it's been extremely useful.
The conversation quality is instantly noticable when you compare it to other AI Chats. We always use hundreds of scientific literature to respond to your questions as accurately as possible.
We've also built in a health profile so the conversation is very personalized to you, much like how your conversation with your doctor will be like. We're still building more cool features into it, and can't wait to launch tbh.
