I used to journal while I was in middle school (up until uni)

I feel stressed and overwhelmed for no apparent reason (maybe there are reasons, but they shouldn't be that big of a deal). Also, the irritability is annoying me. 

I couldn't maintain the drive and ambition that had been helping me ship a lot over the past couple of weeks. I have low energy and it is not sexy to wake up early anymore.

Meanwhile, I feel like I need to keep up and build on the momentum I had last month.

And a miracle happened... I got my energy back after having a pizza with mom that afternoon
