1) The reason for the blocking is not clear. Perhaps XUMM has some kind of error
2) To be able to use the wallet again and sign transactions inside XUMM
You need to change the XRPL node from the "XRPL cluster" to any other one.
go to settings=>Advanced=>Node=>s2.ripple.com or xrpl.link
Instructions in the screenshots.
3) Open XUMM and in applications find "XUMM Support". Write to support that your personal wallet has been blocked for no reason and ask for it to be unblocked and the “scam” mark removed.
Also write them that many other wallets were blocked and XUMM had some kind of error.
PS: How do you know if you have been blocked?
You will not be able to sign transactions.
Your wallet icon will change to a warning on Magnetic, XUMM and other sites that display wallet icons.
