Hello to all XCrypto Exchange customers. First of all, we apologize to all customers for the temporary unavailability of XCrypto in the past weeks. We must inform you that XCrypto's backup servers were temporarily unavailable due to insufficient capacity to respond to user requests on January 11-14. Our team provided new backup servers and restarted everything without the slightest change. After that, all user deposits and withdrawals were fully processed and trading resumed.
