This is a short note to inform you of the current status about Infinito Wallet.

Dear Proteusion redeemers,

Thank you for being our valued clients.
We would like to inform you that the current situation of Infinito Wallet.

Currently the redeemers are experiencing the condition that the screen shut down when tapping PRoT in Infinito Wallet.

According to Infinito Wallet, the update version defect on the August 29th is causing the problem.
Therefore, the Proteusion redeemers are unable to obtain the wallet address.

We were informed that this problem will be solved once the Inifinito Wallet is updated.

Although the regular Infinito Wallet update was scheduled to be done in 2 weeks, we, Wrapious ltd. have requested Infinito Wallet team to recover the system urgently. The team of Infinito Wallet will carry out the update within today and applies to AppStore. Once it is approved the update will be completed and the operation runs normally.
It is scheduled to take about 3 days.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will temporarily stop issuing the Redeem URL until the problem is fixed.
We will resume issuing Redeem URL sequentially once the Infinito Wallet update is completed.
