We are in a range where whales are accumulating in long positions and bears are closing their positions judging by open interest. It was the same from May to July.

This is an indecision range where buyer/and sellers haphazard but the sellers are mostly selling at resistance whilst the buys have been scattered.

For me personally, I will be accumulating spot at 36-38k.
