On a side note, in case you are having a hard time with your internet / cable / phone provider, a hack I discovered recently is to click "record call" on you mobile* and watch them panic and hang up immediately, works like a charm.

*My Chinese phone has the option, and when you click it there is an audio prompt (in Serbian) that says "this call is being recorded", works like holy-water in repelling demons.

Beyond hilarious.
